7、tioning stage,which analyzes national policies,infrastructure,market and customer needs,competitive situation,and combines with the vehicle companys own capabilities and strategies to develop and depict a preliminary vehicle solution to beat competitors in the target market,and evaluate and revise b
8、ased on historical data and experience.lIn this stage,the range and energy consumption index of the model should be planned.lThe degree of perfect energy replenishment facilities in the target area needs to be considered in the configuration planning to determine whether the vehicle can be configure
