1、 M学院学生公寓“门禁系统”安装项目的进度计划与控制研究摘 要一个项目能够成功实施的基础和重要因素就是项目进度控制，它一直以来就是项目管理中非常重视的问题。它还是项目能够成功的关键，按期发挥效益的关键。然而在实际项目管理当中，进度控制理论却是进度管理中一个十分非常关键的主成部分，它有着广泛的应用并发挥着重要的作用。进度控制理论的研究为企业有效控制项目进度提供了理论参考，而且运用控制项目进度起到了控制项目成本和质量的目的。通过将项目进度控制有关的理论高效地运用到工程建设中去，能够较好地指导工程进度的进度，确保工期能够的准时完成。文章通过对项目进度管理理论进行有关的探究，总结了进度管理理论包含的内
2、容、应用方法及在项目管理中的作用。本文以M学院学生公寓门禁系统安装管理工程项目为研究对象，研究该怎样把项目进度控制的理论、方法与技术实施到该项目的进度控制计划与运用等各个环节里面去，很好的达到了项目进度控制在解决项目运营中许多具体问题的目的。本篇论文的结构安排主要首先解释了项目管理和进度控制的基本原理，方法及进度计划的编制与实施等相关理论。然后，本篇论文还解释述了本工程项目进度控制的准备工作，重点研究了项目的概况，工作结构分析，项目组织机构的各种设置和各种职能的规划，还有进度控制各种要求的规定。接着，研究了项目详细的进度控制大致的过程，通过进度控制程序还有方法这两大方面阐述了整个项目的进度控制
