1、机械装配技术员岗位职责 机械装配技术员 赛能自动化技术(苏州)有限公司 赛能自动化技术(苏州)有限公司,赛能 职责描述: 1.操作铣床等设备加工零部件 Operating milling machine and other equipment manufacture components 2.制作夹具 Work on the machine tools 3.借助使用通用测量仪器对来料件,加工件,购买件进行质量控制与关注 Quality control for incoming parts, manufacture parts buying parts, take care about the
2、quality of these parts with using the common measurement 4.根据图纸的特殊要求独立进行机械装配 Assembly machine by self for special purpose according to the drawings 5.在装配过程中发现问题,并协助研发工程师解决问题 Find the problem during assembly and assist design engineer to solve the problem 6.设备装配过程中及结束后,根据设备运行情况独立进行设备调试 Adjust the mac
3、hine with machine operation status during and finish assembly 7.每日工作结束后清洁机器和工作区域 Clean the machine and work area after work every day 8.根据需要给予采购部门必要的技术支持 Give technical support to purchase department as required 9.根据售后要求出差 Travel for service issue 任职要求: 1.至少三年以上非标自动化设备机械装配经验; Min. 3 years experience
4、 in assembly of customized automation machine 2.能熟练运用钻床,铣床,锯床,车床等设备 Be familiar with drilling machine, milling machine, sawing machine, lathe machine etc. 3.能运用普通测量工具 Be able to use the common measurement. 4.熟练阅读机械图纸和气路图纸 Be familiar with mechanical and electrocal drawings 5.熟悉Festo气动原气件 Be familiar
5、 with Festo pneumatic components 6.能独立工作,上进心强,做事细心 Able to work individually, self-motivate, careful work 7.较强的学习和分析能力,乐于提升技能和知识 Strong study and analysis ability, be willing to widen skills and knowledge 8.良好的团队合作精神和服务意识 Good team work spirit and service consciousness; 9.愿意国内外出差 Be willing to travel in China and oversea 10.英语水平良好者优先。 With good English is preferred.
