1、本文格式为Word版，下载可任意编辑城管行政执法的问题与对策研究 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 城管行政执法的问题与对策探究 摘 要 从1997年开头，国务院在城市管理领域就推行了相对集中行政处置试点工作，并且在2022年后，又将综合行政执法试点工作广泛推行，在此根基上，全国各地不断成立了城市行政综合执法管理局，简称“城管执法局”。但是由于落后的城管执法观念；执法人员的素质低下；城管执法程序不模范；相关法律保障机制不健全；执法队伍管理不到位；部门之间缺乏协调合作等诸多因素，使得城管行政执法的地位处于难堪之处，本文将从城管行政执法的现状着手，分析城管行政执法的现有问题和理由，建议转变转变城管执法理
