1、财产保险合同（英文）propertyinsuranceclauseswholedoc.i. thepropertyinsuredthepropertyinsuredshallrefertoallpropertiesandexpensesspecifiedinthescheduleofthispolicy.unlessspecificallyagreeduponinwritingbetweentheinsuredandthecompanyandappraisedandvalue-establishedbyprofessionalsorassessors,thefollowingarticlesa
2、ndtheexpensesrelevanttheretoshallnotbecoveredunderthispolicy:1. gold,silver,pearls,diamonds,preciousstonesandjades;2. antiques,articlesofvirtue,ancientcoins,ancientbooksandancientpaintings;3. worksofartorpostagestamps;4. advertisements,aerials,neon,piecesofsolarenergyapparatusetc.onbuildings;5. comp
3、utersystemrecordsoritsmakingandcopyingcosts.undernocircumstancesshallthefollowingarticlesrelevanttheretobecoveredhereunder:1. guns,ammunitionorexplosives;2. banknotes,securities,bills,documents,files,accountbooksordrawings;3. animals,plantsandagriculturalcrops;4. mobilephones,portablecomputers,remov
4、ablephotographapparatusorotherpreciousarticles;5. vehicleslicensedforgeneraltransportuse.ii. scopeofcoverthecompanyshallindemnifytheinsuredinrespectofthephysicallossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertystatedinthescheduleduringtheperiodofinsurancedirectlyarisingfromthefollowingperils:1. fire;2. explosion;b
5、utnotincludingexplosionofaboilerorotherpressurereliefdevices;3. lightning;4. hurricane,typhoonandtornado;5. storm,tempestandflood;butnotincludinglossordamagecausedbychangeinnormalwaterlevelorinundationfromseawaterorwaterescapeorleakagefromthenormalconfinesofanynaturalwatercourse,lakeorreservoir,cana
6、lordamaswellaslossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedbystorm,tempestorfloodwhilebeingstoredintheopenorcoveredbyorunderashedthatchedwithreeds,tarpaulins,straw,asphaltfelt,plasticornylonsheet;6. hailstorm;7. landslide,rockslide,avalanche;8. volcanicexplosion;9. subsidenceofground;butnotincludinglosso
7、rdamageresultingfrompiledriving,groundworkorexcavation;10. crashingaircraftandpartsorarticlesfallingfromaircraftandotherflyingobjects;11. burstingofwatertankorpipe;butnotincludingburstingofwatertankorpipeduetorust.iii. exclusionsthiscompanyshallnotbeliablefor:1. lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertyore
8、xpensescausedbyintentionalactorgrossnegligenceoftheinsuredorhisrepresentative;2. lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertycausedandexpensesincurredbyearthquakeortsunami;3. depreciation,lossofmarket,lossofuseandotherconsequentiallossesofanydescription;lossofordamagetotheinsuredpropertyorexpensesincurredaris
9、ingfromwar,warlikeoperation,hostilities,armedconflicts,terrorism,conspiracyinsurrection,coupdetat,strike,riot,andcivilcommotion;4. confiscation,requisition,destructionordamagebyanyactionororderofanygovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthorities;lossofordamagetoinsuredpropertydirectlyorindirectlyc
10、ausedorexpensesincurredbynuclearfission,nuclearfusion,nuclearweapon,nuclearmaterial,nuclearradiationandradioactivecontamination;5. lossordamagecausedandexpensesincurredbypollutionofanykindordescriptionwhatsoeversuchasatmosphere,landandwaterpollutionsbutthisdoesnotincludelossordamagecausedbypollution
11、arisingfromperilsspecifiedinarticleiithepolicy;6. thedeductiblesstatedinthescheduletobebornebytheinsured;7. lossordamagearisingfromanyotherperilsnotlistedinarticleiiofthispolicy.iv. treatmentofclaim1. thecompanyshallatitsoption,indemnifytheinsuredinrespectoflossordamagefallingwithinthescopeofcoverof
12、thepolicybyeither:1.1 payingtheamountoftheactualvalueofthepropertylostordamagedor;payingthenecessarycostofrepairingorrestoringthedamagedpropertytoitsnearestconditionimmediatelyprecedingthedamageor;1.2 repairingorrestoringthedamagedpropertytoaconditionneartootherpropertyoflikekindandquality.indemnity
13、underthispolicyshallbebaseduponthesoundmarketvalueofthepropertyprevailingatthetimeofloss.ifthesoundmarketvalueofthedamagedpropertyislowerthanthesuminsuredofsuchproperty,theclaimshallbesettledonitsmarketvalue;ifthesoundmarketvalueofthepropertyisinexcessofthesuminsured,thecompanyshallonlybeliableforsu
14、chproportionoftheclaimasthesuminsuredofthedamagedpropertybearstoitssoundmarketvalue.iftheinsuredpropertyenumeratedinthescheduleismorethanoneitem,theprovisionofthisclauseshallapplytoeachthereof.ifaclaimforlossofordamagetotheinsureditemissettledonatotallossbasis,thesalvagevalueofsuchitemshallbededucte
15、dfromtheindemnitypayablebythecompany.thecompanymay,atitsoption,declinetheabandonmentofanydamagedpropertybytheinsured.2. intheeventoflossofordamagetoanyequipmentiteminsuredformingpartofapairorset,thecompanyshallnotbeliableinrespectofeachofsuchitemlostordamagedformorethanitsproportionatepartofthesumin
16、suredonthecompletepairorset.intheeventofanylossoccurrence,thecompanyshallalsopaytheinsuredfortheexpensesreasonablyincurredfortakingnecessarymeasurestominimizelossordamagetotheleastextent,butinnocaseshallsuchexpensesreferredheretoexceedthesuminsuredoftheinsuredproperty.uponsettlementofaclaim,anendorsementshallbeissuedbythecompanytoreducethesuminsuredcorrespondingtothepropertylostordamagedbythe
