15、变化。 6、 可以根据甲方的要求帮助甲方免费举办培训和技术咨询，具体的操作方式双方另行签署协议确认。四、违约责任： 1、 乙方如违反本合同有关规定，甲方有权停止向其支付相关应付款项； 2、 甲方在乙方为其完成服务项目后，逾期未将未付款付给乙方，经乙方催讨仍未将款付清，超过付款时间十五天，乙方有权停止为甲方提供服务，并撤消为甲方在网络上的服务。同时甲方一切已付费用将不获返还； 3、 任何一方由于不可抗力的因素，致使合同无法履行时，经双方协商，可以变更或解除合同，并免除承担违约责任。五、合同的终止： 甲乙双方有一方违反其在本合同中所作出的声明及保证或有其它违约行为，致使不能实现本合同目的，另一方有
