In t his paper , t he idea of t he overall des

2、ign is described , and t he de2 terminatio n for t he main mechanical and elect ro nic parameters , including t he overall testing , has been discussed in detail . Based upo n t he p ractical characteristic and t he specificatio ns of t he inst rument , it willbe widely used in t he field of machine

It has a reading resolu2 tio n up to 0 . 1 arc - sec.The w

One head of t he inst rument is set o n a standard t riangular base . During measure2 ment , t he t riangular base is

10、 moved against a ruler step by step . Every step is just equal to a side lengt h of t he t riangle . Two dimensio nal tilt data are picked up in every step by a co m2 p uter .
