YAP nuclear accumulation was found in the 53.7% of HCC, correlated with poorer tumor differentiation and
5、higher serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels. Nuclear YAP is an independent predictor for HCC-specific recurrence-free survival. YAP plays an important role in HCC development and progression.
