1、招标毕业设计结论【篇一：毕业论文招标文件编制】摘 要 本论文题目为枫景花园 a 座招标文件的编制。本工程建设地点位于西安市雁塔区电子城欧亚路 128 号。本建筑的要求为一级建筑等级， 建筑的耐火等级为一级，建筑类型为剪力墙结构，最高为 50 年的使用年限，抗震设防烈度为八度，屋面防水等级为级，防水层合理使用年限为 15 年。建筑层数为地下一层，地上二十二层，建筑总面积为 32319.3m2( 其中地上 30329.3m2 地下 1990m2) ，建筑高度为66.45m 。本论文主要内容包括了八个内容，即投标邀请书，投标人须知，评标办法，合同条款及格式，工程量清单，图纸，技术标准和要求，投标文件
