3、imposemoresevererestrictionsonindustrialandtrafficemissionsinthecomingyears.Industry,traffic,andvariouscombustionprocesseshavebeenidentifiedasthemajorsourcesoffineparticles.Ofallparticles,theaccumulationsizeparticles(0.1-1mindiameter)arethosethatenterrespiratoryorgansaswellasairconditioningsystemsmo
4、steasily.Manystudieshaveimplicatedthatevenfinerparticlesthantheseposeahealthhazard.Intermsofnumberofparticles,morethan80%areultrafine,thatis,0.01-0.1mindiameter.HealthEffectsfromParticlesSizeWhenconsideringthehealtheffectsofparticles,particlesizeisthekeyfactor.Particlesmorethan10m(microns)indiameter
