1、浅析中小企业财务风险及防范以河北乾兴机械有限公司为例摘 要当前，我国的中小企业正处在高速发展中，但是由于国内的经济市场的不稳定因素和企业内部的影响，对我国的许多公司的正常经营都造成了威胁。其中财务风险对公司有着致命影响，严重时会导致公司的解体。虽然公司的财务风险是具有客观性的，是不可避免的，但是，公司要通过有效的手段来尽可能的降低公司的财务风险。公司要提高自身对财务风险的防范意识，还要及时的找到公司未来可能发生的财务风险，做到防患于未然。为了公司能更好的存活在激烈的经济市场中，公司就需要提高公司的财务风险防范意识、强化公司的财务风险防范手段，来降低公司的财务风险，确保公司可以在复杂的大环境中依
2、旧拥有核心的竞争力。我国的中小企业在我国的经济市场中占据着比较大的比重，我国中小型公司的健康发展，有利于我国经济市场的稳定。本文研究主要运用下列三种方式进行分析。比如：归纳总节、比较，收集资料，根据文中的数据进行发掘；进行相关的分析研究，找到适合自己的道路，不断深化方法，总结出适合公司发展的财务风险措施。本文段以新兴铸管股份有限公司为主要探究对象，找到公司面对财务风险的应对方法，找出财务风险存在之处，根据公司的实际状况找到应对方法。本文主要根据河北乾兴机械有限公司股份有限公司的财务报表为基础，对河北乾兴机械有限公司的财务现状进行分析，参考财务数据得出公司近几年来再财务上所存在的问题。通过对问题

13、多的就业机会。所以，中小企业的发展不仅仅关系到市场经济的发展情况，也对我国社会的安定有着深远的影响。然而，中小企业在面对资本市场的能力不强，导致企业面对不稳定的市场环境时，中小企业就会出现一系列的问题，而这些问题归根到底都是中小企业在正常的经营发展中所存在的财务风险问题。我国的中小企业在名对不稳定的市场环境是，企业出现的财务风险问题就会对企业造成致命的打击。本文研究主要运用归纳总结分析法、比较分析法，在收集大量理论材料的基础上，结合相关案例展开研究；借鉴前人的研究成果，提出自己的独特见解，总结规律，提出具体的解决问题的方案。本文以新兴铸管股份有限公司为实际案例，提出中小企业面临的财务风险问题，
14、分析中小企业财务风险形成的原因，对河北乾兴机械有限公司在经营发展中所存在的财务风险问题提出具体的解决方案。第1章 导论第1.1节 研究的背景目前我国的经济正处在飞速发展的阶段，在经济机构渐渐完善、资本市场快速运作的前提下出现的大量的新兴产业，这些新兴产业中中小型企业提供了许多的就业岗位。所以，中小企业的发展不仅仅关系到企业自身经济水平，也对全国的经济发展和社会的安定有着深远的影响。然而，中小企业在面对资本市场的能力较弱，面对不稳定的资本市场会表现出一系列的问题，而这些问题归根结底都中小企业在发展的过程中存在的财务风险问题，在面对不稳定的市场环境时，公司的财务风险问题会导致公司的正常经营陷入危机
15、，甚至会导致公司的解体，对我国中小型公司的发展有着致命的打击，我国的中小型公司的业务规模比较小，公司的财务结构不够完善、资产负债率高、流动资金不稳定等问题。第1.2节 研究的意义随着我国经济的飞速发展，我国的中小企业在我国的国名经济发展中逐渐占据了重要的地位，然而一家企业的财务水平的高低就能很好的反应出该企业的发展情况，有效的财务管理策略可以降低企业的财务风险，保障企业顺利运营的重要手段。当前，我国的国内外经济环境不稳定，许许多多的问题影响着我国中小型企业的健康运营，有的问题对某个行业的企业造成影响，有的问题对某个地区的企业产生着影响。所以对于中小型企业来说，只有提高预警防范意识、具备解决财务
16、风险问题和防范财务风险的能力，才可以让企业更好的融入到我国的社会主义经济市场中，才能更好的保证企业自身在激烈的竞争中保留企业的核心优势。使企业可以健康的、可持续的发展。第1.3节 研究内容以下五部分为本文的主要研究内容，各个部分的具体内容为：第一部分主要讲述文章的研究背景、研究意义、国内外现状分析以及本文所研究的内用和运用的研究方法。第二部分主要讲述了中小企业的财务风险控制理论的内部控制理论和财务风险管理理论的主要内容。简要的说明我国中小企业的财务风险特点以及财务风险的种类。为全文的研究提供理论依据。第三部分是以河北乾兴机械有限公司为实际案例，河北乾兴机械有限公司财务现状是企业负债高、短期偿债能力差、企业获利不稳定、企业资产利用率低。第四部分具体为河北乾兴机械有限公司财务风险问题企业筹资风险、企业内部投资风险等问题的具体成因分析。第五部分
