5、确、统一”的原则，切实做到给分有理，扣分有据，宽严适度，一把尺子量到底。为了确保英语试题第II卷的评卷质量，特制定以下评分细则。第一部分 阅读填空该部分须严格依照2016年初中学业考试暨高中阶段学校招生考试英语试题参考答案第61-65题评分。但如出现形式错误（如拼写，大小写，单复数等），每种错误扣1分。第二部分 选词填空分。第三部分 书面表达一本题总分为20分，按4个档次给分。二写作要点：1、 家乡的名称；2、 家乡的人；3、 家乡的建筑；4、 家乡的自然环境。三评分档次：档次要点数得分范围语言使用情况四档4个1620分基本无语言错误，行文连贯，表达清楚。三档3个1115分有少量语言错误，行文

I like that sometimes. The bad things are that there are always little kids around you. They can be so noisy! Everything around you is very busy and really messy, and theres lots of housework to do. It also costs much more to anywhere. But I like being in a big family.
