2、的教漭师队伍，而高素质教师队伍的培养需要一个平缄等、宽松、和谐的工作氛围。因此，作为管理者，建立一个好的工作氛围是非常重要的；其次，尊重他人也是管理者的基本素质之一。建为立平等的合作伙伴关系，管理者与被管理者，楮但人格是平等的。管理者对教师要一视同仁，巽毫无偏见，多看教师的“闪光点”，决不能视烹教职工为单纯、被动地接受管理的客体，不因职务大小、职称高低、资历深浅甚至兴趣爱好控及性格的原因而褒贬，要善待每一位教师，充分维护其自尊，不轻易批评教师的弱点和失误甾，给教师申辩解释的机会，认真分析每一位员邻工的特点和长处，满足教师的合理要求。大量猬的事实证明，教师一般不在乎工作的苦和累，艟不计较领导在工
