4、教育改革不断推进。这种情况使高校对 研究生导师的需求量增大，使得研究生导师队伍不断扩大，而研究生导师所 带的课程科目也逐渐增多，这使得课程教学范围越来越广，各科目之间的交 叉大。除此之外，研究生导师管理工作中需要处理的关于研究生导师的个人 信息和数据的成倍增长，发布论文等工作也成倍的增加，研究生导师管理的 工作中的问题也逐渐暴露了出来，当前大部分高校对研究生导师管理工作都 属于初级阶段。高校研究生导师管理工作一直处于比较落后的状态，主要表现在缺乏数据 共享与数据交互的平台，绝大部分的研究生导师信息管理工作者希望找到一 种有效的方式，例如，新入学的研究生会对各个导师的个人信息、职位情况、 科研成
5、果等问题进行询问，而且关于这个问题的咨询几乎每年都有，这就导 致不同的学生对同一种类问题在不断重复，甚至对已经Y解的问题也会不断 的提问。再就是管理与教学支持关系的不同意，导致无法提供数据支持，部 分研究生导师信息管理系统是分阶段完成的，所以就忽略了整体性，没有考 虑到全局的发展，所以导致管理模式、流程与信息管理系统不一致。研究生教育的不断扩大，研究生导师的数量也直线上升，导师队伍的管理 工作也越来越重要。随之而来的问题就是，导师数量的增加，数据的采集、 管理等工作也变得复杂，数据维护复杂。基于此类问题，便可以设计关于研 究生导师信息管理系统，来简化这些操作。该系统主耍目的就是对研究生导 师信
6、息操作的简化，方便管理，同时也简化了研究生导师发布论文的步骤。本次开发的系统按通用化、规范化字符标准进行软件设计，对指导教师的 各种信息、档案材料、数据表格等进行科学处理，能够准确、及时和高质量地 提供所需要的各种资料。该系统的开发与应用，不仅提高了工作效率和质量,而且可使各项工作更 加细致、条理化。由于采用数据的集中统一处理，提高了准确性和利用率，各 种数据基本上由计算机自行处理，避免了重复性劳动，减少了不必要的工作量， 使得学校的工作效率更加高效，操作更加简便，为学校高水平学术力量的技 术储备发挥了应有的作用。关键词：管理，高效，简便Ana lysis and solution of ap
