I am an auditor, and will make contact with more than one supplier every week in my office. Next I will share with you my opinions on how to enhance service level, to build service brand of Xichai: First, it’s important to improve work efficiency to make suppliers to feel our fast and meticulous appraisal of price, and a rigorous process of price management. Second, when having a price negotiation, we’d better provide reliable information. The more professional we are, the more faithful the suppliers will be with Xichai. So that we can have a win-win result. Third, we can put forward suggestions for the improvement of the product, and help to reduce the cost on the basis of good quality. Through the above three methods of post brand construction, I have no doubts we can make the suppliers to put emphasis on long-term cooperation as far as possible, and more willing to provide better product and better service to Xichai. In turn, it also plays a role in improvement of our diesel engine. In a word, service brand building is very important for the brand construction of the company as a whole. Definitely, creating excellent personal brand is a good way to strengthen the advance of corporate brand.
