1、潔河市汽车维修行业的现状与发展研究河南农业大学硕士学位论文潔河市汽车维修行业的现状与发展研究姓名：南征申请学位级别：硕士专业：农业工程指导教师：李冠峰20090301潔河市汽车维修行业的现状与发展研究汽车维修行业是传统行业，是伴随汽车工业的发展而发展起来的。随着 我国汽车的逐步普及和道路运输业的飞速发展，汽车保有量大幅度增加，汽车维修业也止迅速崛 起，其与人民群众的生产、生活联系越来越密切，在市场经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 如何在新形势下发展和完善汽车维修市场体系，使其适应社会主义市场经济建设利满足人民牛活 水平口益提高的需要，充分发挥其服务经济的作用，已成为一个重要课题。本文阐述了汽
2、车维修行业的概念、基本特点、特性，通过分析国内外汽 车维修行业的现状和存在的问题，总结了国内外汽下维修市场发展的先进经验，为潔河市整个汽 车维修行业的行业管理和远景规划等提供了重要的参考。通过分析潔河市汽午维修行业现状，指 出了该行业存在缺乏健全有效的管理体制、维修人员技术水平不高、市场秩序混乱、从业人员素 质低等问题。然后通过对潔河市汽乍维修行业未来发展趋势、汽车维修需求量和汽乖维修企业需 求量进行认真调研和量化分析，提出了推进潔河市汽车维修行业发展的总体思路和短期发展规划 方案。在此基础上，为保证潔河市汽车维修行业健康发展，提出了提高行业管理水平；提高从业 人员技能水平；加快行业结构调整，
