12、本 文总结了珠三角现阶段对外贸易发展的动力、对外贸易方式和对外贸易结构的现状，展现了 珠三角外向型经济的特点。但是，经过30年改革和发展，珠三角的对外贸易发展积累了许 多问题。本文指出了珠三角对外贸易中加工贸易比重大、进出口商品结构不合理、产业低端、 对外依存度高等问题，并分析了产生问题的原因，进而给出了相应促成外贸经济转型的对策 建议，以提升珠三角地区的竞争实力，实现地区经济的健康可持续发展。【关键词】珠江三角洲；对外贸易；外向型经济T he present situation, problems and counter measures ofPearl R iver Delta in fo
