对本文的研究做出重要贡献的个人和集体均已在文中以明确方式标明,本人完全意识到本声明的法律后果有本人承担学位论文作者签名:日期:三三峡峡大大学学硕硕士士学学位位论论文文II内 容 摘 要EPC 总承包模式可促使建设项目的设计、采购、施工各阶段工作的合理深度交叉,有助于实现质量、进度、成本三大目标,已逐渐成为国际上通行的工程建设模式然而,EPC 总承包模式的目的不是自动实现的,并非所有工程建设项目只要采用这种组织形式, 就必定能发挥出 EPC 总承包模式的优越性 正所谓 “管理出效率” ,对 EPC 总承包项目进行有效管理才是发挥其优越性的根本由于 EPC 项目的多组织参与、多专业分工、建设工期长等特点,不同组织之间、各建设阶段之间都存在大量的接口问题, 使得接口的管理成为项目管理的关键点之一 EPC 总承包模式下,项目管理的重担从业主转移给了总承包商, 因此, 能否充分发挥 EPC 模式的优越性很大程度上取决于总承包商的接口管理水平本文首先阐述了 EPC 总承包项目及项目接口管理的研究背景和意义, 在述评国内外研究现状的基础上,提出了本文研究的主要内容介绍了系统管理理论、协同论及灰色系统理论等论文研究的基础理论。
紧接着从 EPC 总承包项目自身的优缺点出发,分析由环境变化、专业分工等因素引起的接口问题,并将 EPC 项目的接口管理内容归为技术要求、合同约束与组织结构三个方面基于协同论思想,提出 EPC项目接口管理的序参量:目标、组织、过程与信息通过构造目标协调度函数模型以实现接口管理的目标协同;分析阐述同一组织内的人际关系、职能部门接口与不同组织之间的接口管理以实现组织协同;以设计为主线,分别介绍设计过程之间、设计与采购之间、设计与施工之间的接口管理方法以实现过程协同;提出构建标准化的信息协同管理平台以实现信息协同最后,从接口管理的三方面内容出发,构建 EPC 项目接口管理的绩效评价体系, 运用层次分析法确定指标权重, 采用灰色聚类评价方法对 EPC 项目接口管理的绩效进行评价,并提出接口管理的保障措施关关键键词词::EPC 总总承承包包项项目目接接口口管管理理协协同同管管理理灰灰色色聚聚类类评评价价三三峡峡大大学学硕硕士士学学位位论论文文IIIAbstractEPC model can contribute to the rational intersect of design, procurement andconstruction, help to achieve the main objectives such as quality, schedule and cost ofproject, and has gradually become the universal model in the international. However,the purpose of the EPC model is not automatic. Not all projects which used this form oforganization, those must play to its superiority. The so-called “Management Efficiency“,effective management of EPC projects is the fundamental to exert it’s superiority toextend. EPC project involves multi-organizational, multi-disciplinary, and with a longduration, there are lots of interface issues between different organizations, differentconstruction phases, which making interface management become one of the keypoints of project management. Especially, the burden of project management transfersfrom the owner to the general contractor in the EPC mode. Therefore, the superiorityof the EPC model mostly depends on the interface management level of generalcontractor.The dissertation firstly expatiates research background and significance oftransportation pivot and on the basis of literature review home and abroad, then researchcontents. Also, theory of system management, synergetic, and gray system are expatiated.On the basis of the operational features of the EPC project, describes the interfacescaused by environmental changes, specialization, and other factors, the interfaces of theEPC are classified as technical requirements, contractual constraints and organizationalstructure. Synergetic is the ideological basis for the order parameters of the EPC projectinterfacemanagement:objectives, organization,processes andinformation.Byestablishing the target coordination function model to help to implement the targetsynergiesofinterface management;analyzinganddiscussingtheinterpersonalrelationships, the interfaces between functional departments within the same organizationand different organizations, in order to achieve organizational collaboration; with themain line of the design, introduces the interface management method between designprocess, design and procurement, design and construction, to achieve the processcollaboration; proposing to build a standardized information collaborative managementplatform to achieve the synergy of information.
