疑难排解疑难排解点击以下可能出现之问题以获得解决办法如果您未能找到答案,请联系您当地的 INCOE ®代表浇口冻胶[解决办法]- (Refer to pages 2.3, 7.0, 7.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 检查模具和运行温度- 浇口嘴尖太短(损坏,磨损)- 浇口太小- 与嘴头接触范围太大- 加长型 XS 向外突出- 喷嘴头前端触及模具- 模具加工尺寸不合规格- 浇口内有杂质粒子- 大量熔化物从浇口溢出并冻凝- 注塑周期不规则或太长单喷嘴于后喷头冻凝[解决办法]- (Refer to page 2.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 喷头加热器或热电偶有缺陷- 喷头加热器接触到模具定位环或模具- 缺少喷头隔热环- 模具定位环内直径太小 (接触太多)浇口喷嘴头破裂[解决办法]- (Refer to page 2.3 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 喷嘴头前端或锥体触及模具浇口喷嘴头渗漏[解决办法]- (Refer to page 2.1, 2.3 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 直径损坏- 模具加工尺寸不合规格- 缺少导盘导致喷嘴头直径损坏喷嘴没有达到设定温度[解决办法]- 热电偶有缺陷或损坏- 加热器或嘴头锥体触及模具- 浇口密封渗漏- 加热器有缺陷或损坏单喷嘴于后喷嘴头破裂[解决办法]- (Refer to page 2.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 半径深度错误或太深- 注塑机射嘴偏离轴心- 注塑机射嘴力量太高和太快浇口溢滴,流涎或拉丝[解决办法]- (Refer to page 2.3, 7.0 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 热流道温度太高- 浇口太大- 模具于周期时间时过暖- 缺少减压- 喷嘴头接触过少(浇口太热)- 若是 CRB 或 CRX 浇口( 直通浇口)变更为 STB 或 SRX 浇口(鱼雷头)喷嘴头前端梗塞[解决办法]- 模具冷却温度太低- 喷嘴头接触太少- 检查浇口,改用无顶镶嵌件浇口痕太长 (ST/CT)[解决办法]- 正常 STB/STT/STX 长度大约为浇口直径的 50 %- 正常 CTB/CTT/CTX 长度大约为浇口直径的 100%- 嘴尖太短 (磨损,损坏)- 加长型 XS 没有移至中央的 A/L 长度- 浇口加工不合规格- 模具加工不合规格成型件出现烧焦痕迹[解决办法]- (请参阅 DF 操作使用手册的第 7.1 页)- 系统温度过高- 系统停留时间太长(生产中断)- 塑胶材料中有太多的再生塑胶材料- 检查螺丝和筒体- 若是剪切敏感的塑料材料(阻燃)改成 SF-CT 或 CT 浇口- 系统有死点,检查流道(请联系 INCOE®服务部)成型件出现色痕[解决办法]- 温度敏感或混色不良- 来自注塑机之前使用的旧颜色- 系统内残留旧颜色,改变颜色程序如下:- 关闭模具上半模的冷却水路- 提高系统的温度约 10 % ,并等待 5 分钟- 以缓慢的速度和高压力进行 3 次注射- 打开模具冷却和调整正常的系统温度- 等待 5 分钟,然后定期生产- 系统有死点,请检查流道(请联系 INCOE®服务部)喷嘴和流道板之间或加长喷嘴出现渗漏[解决办法]- (Refer to page 3.1, 3.2 in the DF Instruction Manual)Extension nozzle freezing[解决办法]- (Refer to page 7.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 加热器或热电偶有缺陷- 与定位环接触太多设定点温度变化[解决办法]- (Refer to page 7.0 in the DF Instruction Manual)- 控制器校准- 如与注塑周期同步,系统联系不固定(脱料板)- 热电偶有缺陷或损坏螺纹不动[解决办法]- 加热(请联系 INCOE®服务部)- 使用防卡膏于所有的螺纹上流道内有烧焦物料[解决办法]- 于炼制缸内清洗(请联系 INCOE®服务部)阀针不动[解决办法]- 没有达到需要的操作温度- 检查缸体内密封装置- 检查喷嘴和流道板加热器浇口梗塞[解决办法]- 降低温度- 浇口加工不合规格- 于周期时间内冷却不足浇口关闭不良[解决办法]- 提高温度- 提早关闭- 缸体内密封装置有缺陷或损坏- 检查阀针调整缸体锁定镙钉帽变松[解决办法]- 锁定表面不干净(请联系 INCOE®服务部)- 使用 INCOE® 锁扳手阀针渗漏-可调式[解决办法]- 升温后再次调整密封司套,阀针仍必须可人手移动阀针渗漏-不可调式[解决办法]- 密封司套直径由于磨损而不合规格 – 请更换阀针渗漏-漏油[解决办法]- 油缸密封装置由于温度或压力过高而损坏Gate Freezing[solutions]- (Refer to pages 2.3, 7.0, 7.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- Check mold and operating temperatures- Gate tip too short (damage, wear)- Gate too small- Too much cap contact- Extra-stock XS is protruding- Cap front has mold contact- Mold boring dimensions not to specification- Foreign particles in gate- Molten mass swells up out of gate and freezes- Injection cycle irregular or too longSingle Nozzle Freezing at Rear Head[solutions]- (Refer to page 2.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- Head heater or TC defective- Head heater has contact with mold locating ring or mold- Head insulator ring missing- Mold locating ring inner diameter too small (too much contact)Gate Cap Broken[solutions]- (Refer to page 2.3 in the DF Instruction Manual)- Cap front or cone touching moldGate Cap Leakage[solutions]- (Refer to page 2.1, 2.3 in the DF Instruction Manual)- Damaged diameter- Mold boring dimensions not to specification- Diameter of cap damaged due to missing guide diskNozzle Does Not Attain Set Point[solutions]- Defective or damaged TC- Heater or cap cone has contact with mold- Gate seal leak- Defective or damaged heaterSingle Nozzle Cracks at Nozzle Head[solutions]- (Refer to page 2.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- Depth of radius wrong or too deep- Machine nozzle eccentric- Machine nozzle force too high and too fastGate is Dripping, Drooling or Stringing[solutions]- (Refer to page 2.3, 7.0 in the DF Instruction Manual)- Hot runner temperature too high- Gate too big- Mold too warm for cycle time- Missing of decompression- Cap contact too small (gate too hot)- If gate CRB or CRX (open gate) change to STB or SRX (Torpedo)Cap Front is Sticking[solutions]- Mold cooling too low- Cap contact too small- Check gate modification to Topless insertGate Vestige Too Long (ST/CT)[solutions]- Normal length of STB/STT/STX approx. 50% of gate diameter- Normal length of CTB/CTT/CTX approx. 100% of gate diameter- Tip too short (wear, damage)- XS Extra stock not removed to A/L length in center- Gate boring not to specification- Mold boring not to specificationBurn Marks on Molded Part[solutions]- (Refer to page 7.1 in the DF Instruction Manual)- System temperature too high- Residence time in system too long (interruptions)- Too much regrind material in plastic material- Check screw and barrel- If shear sensitive plastic material (flame retardant) modification to gate SF-CT or CT- Dead spots in system, check channels (call INCOE® Service)Color Marks on Molded Part[solutions]- Temperature sensitive or bad blended color- Old color from former application in machine- Old color in system, color change as following:- Close mold cooling on injection side of mold- Increase system temperature by approx. 10% and wait 5 minutes- Inject approx. 3 shots, with slow speed and hi。
