五年级上册英语教学设计 - Unit3 Our animal friends Fun time 译林版(三起)一、教学目标:1.能听懂、会说和认读本课所学的单词和常见动物的英文名称2.能听懂和会说本课所学的句型,并能进行简单的问答3.通过游戏和互动体验,培养学生们对动物的兴趣和爱好,提高英语学习的积极性和主动性二、教学重点和难点:1.重点:掌握本课中所学的单词和句型2.难点:正确运用所学知识,进行流畅的英语交流三、教学过程设计:1. Warming up• Play a guessing game with pictures of different animals. Point to a picture and ask students “What’s this in English?” Students should try to guess the animal’s name in English.• After each student has had a chance to guess, show the animal’s name on the board and ask students to repeat it.2. Presentation• Introduce the vocabulary words for this unit, using pictures and simple definitions to explain each word.• Review the vocabulary words by showing each picture and asking students to say the word in English.• Use flashcards with pictures and words to further reinforce the vocabulary.3. Practice• Use the vocabulary words to create simple sentences about the animals. For example: “The elephant is big.” “The monkey likes bananas.”• Ask students to repeat each sentence after you, and then ask individual students to make their own sentences using the vocabulary words.• Use flashcards to play a game of “memory” or “snap.” Divide students into groups and give each group a set of cards. They should take turns flipping over two cards and trying to find a matching pair. This game is a fun way to practice the vocabulary words.4. Application• Divide students into pairs and ask them to have a conversation about their favorite animal using the sentence structures they learned earlier in the class.• Walk around and listen to their conversations, giving feedback and corrections where necessary.• End the class with a group discussion about what students learned and enjoyed in the class, and encourage them to continue practicing their English by talking about animals with family and friends.四、教学评价:通过本节课的教学,学生们能够听懂、会说和认读本课所学的单词和常见动物的英文名称,能够听懂和会说本课所学的句型,并进行简单的问答。
