I毕 业 论 文论文题目 漱口杯注塑模漱口杯注塑模 CAD/CAMCAD/CAM 系 别 电子信息工程系 专 业 机械设计制造及自动化 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师(签名) 完成时间 年 月摘摘 要要本文主要介绍了漱口杯注塑模设计,并对模具进行仿真建模及部分零件加工工艺和数控加工仿真,对塑件进行模流分析注塑模设计的主要过程有:塑料制品的工艺分析,型腔数目的确定,注塑机的选择以及模具的结构设计模具的结构设计包括:浇注系统的设计,成型零件设计,导向机构设计,侧面分型机构设计,脱模机构设计,冷却机构设计以及排气系统设计模流分析包括:浇口位置分析,成型条件分析,塑料熔体填充分析,冷却质量分析,缩痕分析,注射压力分析本文设计的是一模两腔三板式模具由于漱口杯的特殊形状,无法直接脱模,需设置侧面分型机构,本套模具是通过斜导柱进行侧面分型,本文对模具的各部II分零件进行了设计与计算。
同时对型腔重要零件进行加工工艺编制及对型芯数控加工仿真本文给出了详细的设计过程及装配图关键词关键词: : 漱口杯 注塑模 侧分型 仿真建模 数控加工 AbstractThis paper mainly introduces the gargling cup injection mold design, and to die and parts machining process simulation modeling and Simulation of NC machining, mold flow analysis of plastic parts for. Design of injection mold for the main processes are: plastic products, process analysis, type the number is determined, the choice of injection molding machine and mold structure design. Structural design of mold include : the design of gating system, molding part design, design-oriented, side parting mechanism design, demoulding mechanism design, cooling mechanism design and exhaust system design. Mold flow analysis includes: gate location analysis, forming condition analysis, the plastic melt filling analysis, cooling quality analysis, shrink mark analysis, injection pressure analysis.IIIThis design is a mold two cavity three plate mold. Due to the special shape of gargle cup, not directly release, need to set up the side parting mechanism, the mold is through the inclined guide pillar side parting, the mold of each part of the design and calculation. At the same time on cavity important parts to processing technology development and the core of NC machining simulation.
