西安体育学院 硕士学位论文 羽毛球腾空正手大力杀球技术的生物力学分析 姓名:罗恒 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:体育教育训练学 指导教师:王琨;吴洁 2011-06 羽毛球腾空正手大力杀球动作技术与肌电分析 1 摘 要 纵观羽毛球运动技、战术发展的历史,不难看出在比赛当中无论单打还是双 打具有杀伤力的大力扣杀技术, 尤其是后场杀球技术一直成为比赛中得分的重要 手段杀球技术有速度、力量、路线、角度等多种打法的变化,其中攻击力最大 的是扣杀之后的球速因此,后场杀球技术具有比其他技术更好的功效,最主要 的就是集中表现在可直接得分,创造有利的得分机会,抑制对方的进攻等 本文应用三维摄像的方法获取羽毛球后场杀球技术动作的运动学数据, 并同 步采集参与该动作主要肌肉的肌电, 在揭示腾空后场杀球技术动作基本原理的同 时, 对羽毛球后场杀球技术的肌肉活动的规律与特征进行分析, 探讨肌肉用力的 特征和影响杀球动作速度与质量的关键因素, 从而更加深入和全面地揭示杀球技 术动作的本质特点 通过实验结果与分析,身体转动角度在预摆和腾空阶段都有小幅度转动,当 重心达到最高点时,急遽转体转身快速鞭打,此时身体转动幅度较大,此时转动 角度之大于前两阶段之和。

在最后一个阶段提高身体转动角速度,以便提高出手 瞬间手的速度,从而带动拍面,提高击球速度和力量 手与身体转动角速度相关系数为 0.736,为显著性相关,说明转体角速度 越快,最后手的速度越快上肢动作规律是由肩关节开始运动,依次为肘关节、 腕关节、手,并且速度逐渐增大,符合鞭打动作原理 通过测得八块肌肉的积分肌电平均值的大小先后顺序为: 三角肌、 斜方肌肱 二头肌、肱三头肌、肱桡肌、背阔肌、屈指肌、竖脊肌肌肉放电先后顺序为: 竖脊肌→斜方肌→三角肌→肱二头肌→背阔肌→肱三头肌→肱桡肌→屈指肌 各肌肉群在动作的各个环节放电都是成规律性变化, 在不同环节下都是呈阶 段性放点 通过对所有的动作时相分析, 肱二头肌放电的波形图都是有明显的三 个强振幅阶段; 肱三头肌只有在转肩顶肘挥拍时才表现出强烈放电; 肱桡肌在拍 子向后转摆动展腕和击球手腕过程表现出强烈放点; 屈指肌在击球前后表现出强 烈放电;斜方肌、竖脊肌、背阔肌在前面引拍、身体“背弓”阶段和最后击球刹 那放电较为明显,其他时刻放点较为弱 肩关节是上肢与躯干的结合部, 在整个动作过程中肩关节处肌肉积分肌电值 最大三角肌在动作过程中发力一直较大,且放电时间较长,是原地腾空正手大 力杀球的主要发力肌群。
