Ask some students to answer the questions, e.g. “What’s the weather like today?” “Today is Monday. What’s the date today?” “What time is it?”.3. Do some exercises of Unit 1 Part A, such as singing the song “Days of the week”, reciting the conversation “What’s your favorite day?”.2. Presentation1. Introduce the new vocabulary words: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, weekend. Show some pictures and let students repeat after the teacher.2. Use the sentence pattern “What day is it today? Today is…” to teach the days of the week. Students can practice in pairs or groups.3. Use pictures, calendar and clock to teach some basic knowledge about date and time, such as “What is the date today?”, “What time is it now?”,“When is your birthday?”, “What is your favorite season/mooncake festival?” etc.3. Practice1. Ask students to work in pairs and ask and answer the question “What day is it today?”, “What are you doing on (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/weekend)?”. 在教学内容的设计上,我注重了前后知识的衔接和阶梯性的设置,使得学生的主动性和自主性得到了充分的发挥在教学实践中,我也注意到了一些需要进一步改进的问题,如提高学生的口语表达能力,增加同学之间的互动实践,尤其是在课程的后半部分需要更注重学生自己留出思考和表达的空间,让他们在实践中找到学习的方法和突破口。
