1、 家族企业论文:家族企业成长中企业文化转型研究【中文摘要】家族企业发展历史源远流长,它作为一种企业组织形式,不仅是企业的原初组织形态,堪称企业的“鼻祖”,而且不管是在手工业时代,还是在现代工业经济大发展时代,家族企业都得到了或多或少的发展,在当今社会的经济结构中具有举足轻重的地位。特别是在近些年,家族企业发展迅猛,成为全球企业界最普遍的一种组织形式。在我国,90%以上的民营企业是家族企业。在改革开放30多年的发展中,家族企业从不断地壮大,为中国的经济发展和社会稳定进步做出了较大的贡献。然而随着市场竞争的日益激烈,不少家族企业遭遇瓶颈、陷入困境,一部分家族企业正从初期的繁荣逐步走向崩解,造成这种

2、现状的原因是多方面的,其中企业文化落后是最为重要的因素之一,为此,如何对其进行家族企业文化的转型为影响企业发展乃至我国经济发展的重要因素。本文从界定家族企业、企业文化、家族企业文化、现代企业文化等概念出发,研究了国内外关于我国家族企业的研究现状,总结出了传统家族企业文化与现代企业文化的差异性与共同点。然后探讨了家族企业文化在企业成长中的作用与局限,其中家庭企业在企业成长的作用包括家族企业的凝聚力远远强于一般企业、家族企业更讲诚信、重信誉、护品牌、有利于加强家族企业管理、提升企业竞争力;局限包括传统家族文化对外人缺乏信任容易引起信任危机、传统家族文化的排他性导致企业用人机制的任人唯亲、传统家族文

3、化的专断性使得企业决策缺乏科学性和民主性、传统家族企业文化建设遭遇的定位模糊、内容单一等问题。然后从家族企业生命周期的角度,分析了家族企业文化在企业成长过程中的变迁。接着分析了家族企业文化向现代企业文化转型的制约因素,包括中国家族企业经营者与员工素质的制约、家族企业文化缺乏开放性的制约、儒家思想对家族企业文化的制约、封闭的内部管理的制约、家族企业文化中的消极成分易泛起沉渣、家族企业公共精神的匾乏、家族企业的特质导致信任模式异化。最后提出转型后的家族企业文化目标的基础上,提出了家族企业文化转型的对策建议,包括提炼和整合传统家族文化、树立以人为本的企业文化理念、转变治理和经营理念、树立制度化管理的

4、管理理念、自觉能动地塑造企业文化、自觉学习以增强企业竞争力、注入“命运共同体”的新理念。【英文摘要】The development of a long history of family business, which as a form of business organization is not only the original enterprise organizational form, called the companys “originator”, and not just at the handicraft era, or in the modern industrial
