1、0HLD-800 触摸屏控制系统The operating system by HLD-800 touch screen 使用说明书（横切，裁切系列）Instruction Book (On transection & trimming) 无锡市海利达自动化仪器厂Wuxi Hailida Automated Instrument Plant 1一概述 Overview HLD-800 控制系统为全数字触摸式控制系统,该系统采用高性能 ARM 芯片.7 寸液晶显示屏.触摸屏及开关电源等高数字化产品。外观独特，界面新颖，操作简单，抗干扰能力极强。现已广泛用于塑料制袋机、横切机、全自动无纺布制袋机.
2、全自动编织袋制袋机、圆织机等领域。The HLD-800 operating system is a digital system by touch screen, which adopts high-performance ARM chips, 7-inch LCDs, touch screens, power supplys and so on. 本系统输入 16 个点（包括 2 路高速测速端口） ，输出 16 个点，外加模拟量 4 路输出。可控主机（变频器） ，送料伺服电机(步进电机)，放料直流电机（三相异步电机） ，实现真正意义上的三个电机机同步。即全自动加速功能，主机速度和后放料速度
3、数据同时换算后速度自动分配。This system has 16 inputs (including 2 high-speed measurement ports), 16 outputs and the analog quantity of 4 outputs. The three motors of the contronllable main engine (the transducer), the feeding servo motor (the stepping motor) and the emptying DC motor (the triphased asynchronous
4、motor) can be synchronized. 二进入界面 Entering 2English/中文：中文和英文界面切换按键。English/Chinese: The language switchover between Chinese and English进入：按此键进入主界面 Enter: press this key to enter the main system 三主界面 The main interface 3个数：单批次累计到一批个数结束时,个数自动归零；按“个数”键清零清个数。Count: When each batch is added up to a final

Press the “number” key to reset the number. 批数：单批次累计到一批个数结束时,“批数”加“1” ；按“批数”键清零批数。Batch number: When each batch is added up to a final number, the batch number will add one. Press the “batch number” key to reset the batch number. 4长度：显示制袋所设定长度,单位:毫米（也可以当按键直接调

Unit: millimeter(The key can also be used to adjust the length.)空白/深色/浅色：三种状态切换。White, deep color, light color: condition switch. 空白：指光电忽略色标光电传感器信号；White: The photoelectricity will ignore the photoelectric sensor signal of the colour codes. 深色：指跟踪印刷制
7、品时，以深颜色的色标点为跟踪点；Deep color: When following the printed matters, the color codes of deep colors will be the tracks. 浅色：指跟踪印刷制品时，以浅颜色的色标点为跟踪点。Light color: When following the printed matters, the color codes of light colors will be the tracks.寻标：当寻标键选择“深色”时,按此键，伺服（步进）电机一直转到深色的色标点自动停转；当寻标键选择“浅色”时,按此键，伺服
8、（步进）电机一直转到浅色的色标点自动停转 当寻标键选择“空白”时，按此键无效Sersm: Press this key when the “sersm” key chooses “deep color” and the servo motor will stop automatically until color code turns to deep state; Press this key when the “sersm” key chooses “light color” and the servo motor will stop automatically until color co
9、de turns to light state; This key is invalid if the “sersm” key chooses “blank”. 点进：在停止状态下，手动伺服（步进）电机正转。For: Turn the servo motor manually when the machine stops. 点退：在停止状态下，手动伺服（步进）电机反转。Back: Rollback the servo motor manually when the machine stops. 主机速度：设定主机要求运行的速度。Host speed: To set the speed that
10、 the main engine demands. “+”：主机模拟量“加” ，即加快主机速度。“+”：The analog quantity of the main engineup, which means speeding. “-”：主机模拟量“减” ，即减慢主机速度。“-”： The analog quantity of the main enginedown, which means slowing down. 测速：显示主机运行的实际速度,单位:个/分钟Speed: showing the actual speed of the main engine, unit: pieces/
11、min. 复位：系统不能正常工作按此键程序重新启动，也可以做紧急停机用。Reset: Press this key to reset the programs in case that the machine is unable to work normally. It can also be used to stop the machine for emergency. 监视窗口：按此键进入监视控制系统所有的输入输出的数据。Monitor: Press this key to enter the monitoring controlling system for all the input
12、and output data. 参数设置：按此键输入密码“1”进入主菜单，输入密码“2”进入副菜单。Par set: Press this key to input the password “1”to enter the main menu and the password “2”to enter the submenu. 运行：按此键，主机正常运行。5Run: Press this key to run the main engine normally. 停止：按此键，霍尔开关 GK1 检测到高位停机信号；主机自动停机。Stop: Press this key and the Hall-
13、effect switch will detect the signal of the high-order halting, and then the main machine will halt automatically. 状态显示：运行/超速/暂停/脱标/停止，五种状态切换显示。Status display: running/overspeed/suspend/codes losing/halt, five status switching. 运行：按启动键后显示“运行” 。Run: Press the start key and “running” will be displayed
14、. 超速：主机速度过快,步进（伺服）电机送料还没有结束时，主机停机显示“超速” 。Overspeed: When the speed of the main engine is too high but the servo engine doesnt finish feeding, the main engine will display “overspeed”. 暂停：当机型选择“暂停”时一批结束停机 N 秒后主机自动开机。Suspend: When the machine chooses “suspend”, the batch is finished and the main machi
15、ne will be restarted after halting for seconds. 脱标：在制作印刷制品时没有跟踪到色标点显示“脱标” 。Codes losing: “codes losing”will be displayed when the color codes are lost during the process. 停止：通电后一直显示“停止” 。“Halt”will be displayed all the time that the machine is on electricity. 四.主菜单 The main menu“参数设置”输入密码 1 进入此界面“Pa
16、r set”: type in the password “1”to enter this screen. 6恢复出厂：按此键恢复出厂设置。Recover：Press this key to recover the factory settings. 不停/暂停/停机：“不停”：一批结束主机不停，继续正常工作。“暂停”：一批结束主机暂停，停到暂停时间结束，主机自动开机。“停机”：一批结束主机自动停机后不再运行，手动按启动键方可运行。7Not stop/suspend/halt: “Not stop”: The main machine will go on working when one batch of printed matters is finished. “Suspend”: The main machine will suspend when one batch of printed matters is finis
