1、1初三阅读理解教学的尝试Advertising: pros and cons 教学案例宝鸡长岭中学 余娟 设计理念:任务型语言教学是目前交际教学思想中的一种新的发展形态。以任务为中心的教学营造了一个有利于学习者语言习得的最佳环境,把语言应用的基本概念转化为具有实践意义的课堂教学方式,它倡导“在做中学,在做中用”的教育理念,将语言应用的基本理念转化为具有实践意义的课堂教学方式。运用学习任务组织教学,强化了语言实践的过程,充分体现了语言的交际本质。在完成任务的过程中,学生自然地应用语言知识,从而获得语言运用的能力,真正体现了从知识到能力的转化。初中是阅读教学的基础阶段,这一阶段的阅读教学重在激发学

2、生对阅读的兴趣,帮助学生掌握一般的阅读技巧,初步形成对语篇表层结构和意义的认知能力、使用阅读策略并通过语篇获取信息的能力、利用阅读信息解决简单问题的能力。 教学内容:新目标英语九年级 Unit13 Section B 教学目标:语言目标:1 重点单词及短语:pros and cons, aim at, compare, confusing, misleading, quality.2 能读懂课文内容,并从中提取信息和观点。3 能就“广告的利与弊”这一话题表达自己的观点和看法,熟练掌握优劣比较的目标语言。能力目标:1 训练学生快速理顺并获取阅读信息的能力,完成围绕课文内容所设计的各种任务,初步掌

3、握快速阅读技巧,能基本表述课文大意 2 在学习中培养学生对阅读信息的筛选和辨别能力,能用英语谈论事物的利与弊,激发学生主动学英语和用英语的积极性。情感态度目标:通过对广告的优点和缺点的了解与学习,增长学生的见识,培养学生一分为二看待事物的辨证态度。 教学过程:21 导入(Lead-in and warming-up activities)(1) Ask two students to give a duty report.如学生节选一段来自The Lion King 的对话:A: Simba! Im very disappointed in you.B: I know.A: You could

Do you agree with it?)(2)询问调查学生对生活中的广告所持有的态度。3 阅读活动 (While-reading activities)(1)快速阅读,并通过“框架对比”来进行阅读记忆。(2)启发学生通过阅读查找和辨别有关信息,该任务可称为“浏览运用型任务” , 学生无须综合分析或逻辑判断,而运用形象思维和直觉思维就能从文章的字里行间找出完成任务所需要的答案。老师可以将学生找出的信息列举在幻灯片中,如:Pros Cons4Help to compare two productsHelp to save
