3、繁多，客户数量巨大，若库存量太小，则会使企业服务水平显著下降，影响产品利润和企业的信誉；若库存量太高，则会增加库存存货空间和库存保管费用，从而增加了产品成本，影响资金的时间价值和机会收益。因此，对于日用品行业的生产经营来说，更加需要一套行之有效的库存管理体系，保证其经营活动顺利进行，从而使企业效益发挥最大化，在市场竞争中脱逸而出，赢得更多客户；对于企业的库存管理优化研究，具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以CF公司的库存管理为研究对象，对CF公司的原材料库存、在制品库存与成品库存进行了深入研究。首先，调查了CF公司库存管理的现状，提出了CF公司库存管理存在的若干问题，如面向库存的生产模式与粗犷的生产
4、计划使得库存量居高不下、原有的EOQ模型对原材料控制的失效以及缺乏信息化管理对物料管控造成的混乱等等问题。经过现状分析及找出问题所在原因后，紧接着分别对成品管理、在制品管理与原材料管理做了相对应的管控优化，如通过加强销售预测、改善计划模式及引进第三方物流的方式对成品管理做了优化；通过流线型生产线的建立、加强在制品生产计划管控及加强现场管控的方法对在制品管理做了调整；通过对EOQ模型的优化、物料的ABC分类与VMI的应用以及公司信息化的建设对原材料的管理进行了优化。最后，总结了本文的主要研究结论与方法，制定了CF公司库存管理的各项规章制度与流程，从而减少浪费，提高了库存周转率，为企业带来实在的效
