15、席会开始计时（也有不太守规矩或者不懂英语的主席你一出声就直接开始计时）。然后你说你想说的，顺利的话你能在3分钟之内说完。说完后一定别忘了说：“Thank you。”但是你发言并不一定总能在规定时间内说完，因为模联中还有很多只给30秒或更少时间的发言。如果时间到了你还没说完，主席会拿起他手中的锤子（一般应该是有这个装备，条件不太好的地方就直接用手来了）敲桌子，嘴里还念叨着：“时间到。”这时你必须马上停下，否则会给主席留下不好的印象（别忘了说thank you哦）。 也经常有说完话了时间还没用完的情况。这时，如果剩余时间超过20秒，在你说完thank you之后，主席会说：“XXX国代表，你还有XXX时间剩余，你打算如何利用？”这时你有四种选择（一定要等到主席问你怎么用时你再说怎么用）： （1）可以直接把时间交给主席利用。主席怎么利用啊？不就是接着进行会议嘛，所以实际上就是放弃你自己的时间。用英文说叫：Yield time to the Chair。如果你实在没啥想做的，就用这个选择。 （2）可以把时间
