2、formation should be included in an order letter; To know the requirements for writing an order; To be familiar with the process of the acceptance and order fulfillment.,Introduction,After negotiation, both buyers and sellers agree with each other the terms and conditions they discussed. The buyer wi

3、ll write a letter to the seller to express his acceptance and readiness to place an order, thus the transaction is concluded. . An order is a formal request to supply a specified quantity of goods. The buyers order is an offer to buy. The agreement is not legally binding until the supplier has accep

4、ted the offer. After that, both parties are legally bound to honor their agreement. An export order is a request to supply a specified quantity of goods. It may result from an offer or an enquiry with subsequent quotations. An order may be given by a letter, by fax, by telegraphic message or orally

5、at a meeting, usually,there is no correspondence at all; instead, buyers use printed order forms and sellers use printed acknowledgements. As to the contents of an order, it should cover the details of the buyer and seller as well as the business, such as payment terms, shipping date and so on. Gene

6、rally speaking, an order should contain three main points: Names and addresses of both parties, even their fax or telephone numbers; Details of business including price term, payment, shipment, delivery, port of delivery and destination, date of order, etc.; Details of purchased goods such as the na

7、me of commodity, article numbers, size, quantity, package, unit price, amount. and prices and quotation.,As to the components of an Order Form, it should include the following details: Title Number and date of the order Exporters name and address Contents, usually including Description Quantity Pack

8、ing Payment Shipment,Delivery Shipping marks Other terms Signature (name of importer),Writing Skills,An order letter usually covers the following points: 订购信函写作要点 Thanks for the sellers quotation and confirm the offer; Express your placing an order with the seller; Details of order (such as name of
