13、铁十四局集团有限公司 包西铁路工程指挥部第一项目部 2008年7月马坡洛河特大桥主墩墩身施工方案一、工程概况包西铁路通道（陕西段）马坡洛河特大桥位于陕西省白水县纵目乡、北塬乡境内，起迄里程桩号为DK666+718.28DK668+083.18，全长1364.9m；孔跨布置为9孔32m+(40+5x64+40)m连续梁+7孔32m+(40+3x64+40)m连续梁+4孔32m梁桥。全桥墩台共计33个，其中高30m以上墩台17个，空心墩18个，钢构桥空心墩14个，最高墩72m。二、施工方案 主墩墩身高度大，拟采用整体式提升爬架、翻模法分段浇筑施工。为满足墩身施工的需要，在墩身的侧向安装附着式塔吊和
14、电梯，用于墩身材料及设备的垂直运输以及人员的自由上下。每墩薄壁墩各配备一套模板和爬架，在爬架提升和翻模施工过程中相互独立、互不干拢。砼采用泵送运输，串筒布料入仓，水平分层浇筑。（一） 整体式爬架与提升1、整体式爬架的设计与加工 根据墩身的结构特点和本工程的实际情况，为安全、便捷地进行墩身的钢筋绑扎和砼施工，本工程拟采用整体式轻型爬架。爬架系统由三部分组成，即：底座、脚手框架、支承钢棒，详见主墩墩身爬架施工总体图。爬架底座采用4根225a槽钢焊制而成，环抱薄壁墩，每根槽钢组合梁与墩身间距为2 厘米，且4根225a钢梁都伸出悬臂，形成“#”形框架，8个悬臂用以支承上部脚手框架，整个底座靠底部支承钢
15、棒支承。 脚手框架采用无缝钢管焊制而成，根据不同的结构部位采用不同的规格的钢管，保证钢管桁架既轻便、又安全，提升快捷。脚手框架总体尺寸为根据墩位定，高度为10.2米（0.252.0）。脚手框架以16根竖杆与底座钢梁焊接以支承脚手框架的全部重量。脚手框架按5层加工，每层2米，脚手框架4面贯通，上下层间设梯子，以便人员自由通行。每面脚手架厚度为0.60米，内侧面与墩身表面间的距离为0.75米，脚手框架与底座钢梁间设置底篮，以便临时安放模板及小型施工机具等。脚手框架外围与底座下部设置安全网，每层脚手架底板用铁丝网铺设。 考虑到整体式爬架的结构较大，运输与吊装困难，故加工时采用分面、分块加工。即脚手框
16、架四面分开加工，同时在高度方向上的第三层中间处断开，共分为8块。分块处横杆、坚杆断开，斜杆为后加杆件，在拼装成整体后再整根补上，横杆与竖杆在断口处焊钢板法兰式联接面，通过螺栓进行连接，详见爬架设计图。支承钢棒采用直径为8厘米的A3钢制成，钢棒两头设有限位装置，对钢棒进行锁定。顺桥向钢棒长90厘米，横桥向钢棒长150厘米。钢棒是通过预埋在墩身内的钢管与墩身锚固的。钢管内径为8.5厘，其预埋位置要求准确、安装牢固。由于爬架每次爬升的高度是一致的，故预埋钢管在3.2米高大模板上的位置也是固定的。因此，在该段内外模板上定位后钻孔，孔径比预埋钢管外径大2毫米即可。这样在预埋钢管时只需将钢管穿过内外模板上两圆孔即可准确定位
