13、最低限度，并制定出详细的文明施工和环保措施，争创安全生产文明施工标准化工地。 工程概况甘麦公路土建3标合同段K13+465六峰渭河大桥位于甘谷县六峰镇牛家湾村境内，中心桩号K13+465，全长337.5m。主要工程项目：K13+465六峰渭河大桥桩基28根（20根1.7m，8根1.5m），0、11#桥台承台、承台系梁 、肋板、盖梁、耳背墙，桥墩系梁10个，墩柱20跟，盖梁10个，30m预制箱梁44片。盖板暗涵6座。四、钢筋加工场建设明细因受地形影响，我合同段主线便道已经贯通，集中建造一个钢筋加工区。钢筋加工场位于靠近鹏鹏砂场渭河下游50米处，加工六峰渭河大桥下部结构的所有钢筋及6座涵洞钢筋。占
14、地面积约2000平米。加工场地均采用封闭式管理，并配备专业的技术人员及管理人员。加工场路面采用厚度15cm厚C20水泥混凝土硬化，场地采用厚度10cm厚C20水泥混凝土硬化，搭设四围封闭的轻型钢结构棚；设置矩形盖板（30cm40cm)排水沟，沟底采用砂浆抹面，并设不小于1.5%的排水纵坡,与场区外排水沟等连同，确保场内排水系统完善。钢筋加工使用钢筋自动数控加工设备，且此设备满足最大加工28钢筋的能力；钢筋成品（半成品)区、作业区分开；加工区及堆放区支垫枕木，枕木（20cm20cmL）；钢筋焊接区设置防风、雨、雪设施。加工场设铁艺围栏（高1.8米）。五、安全文明施工1.安全生产（1）严格遵守持证
15、上岗制度，机械操作人员经过岗前培训熟悉机械的构造、性能，熟练掌握机械设备的操作规程后才能上岗，严格执行有关的安全规章制度。（2）作业人员进入施工现场必须穿戴相应劳动保护用品。（3）工作台牢固稳定。（4）加工场内设置防火设施。2.文明施工（1）加工场入口位置设置工程公示牌、平面布置图、安全生产牌、消防牌、管理人员名单及监督电话牌牌等标志标牌。（2）储存区、加工区、成品（半成品)区布设合理，设置明显的标志标牌。（3）严格按规定对现场材料进行标识，标识内容包括材料名称、产地、规格型号、生产日期、出厂批号、进场日期、检验状态、进场数量、使用部位等。（4）在加工场出入口、焊接、切割场所设置禁止标志、警告标志；氧气、乙炔等易燃易爆场所设置禁止标志和明示标志；用电场所、易发生火灾场所设置警告标志；消防器材放置场所设置提示标志。（5）不合格品挂牌标识，对于废弃钢筋，下脚料等定点存放，及时清理。（6）无扬尘现象，地面无积灰，车辆行走无扬尘现象。 综合蓄热法保温施工的工艺特点：将混凝土的组成材料进行加热，然后搅拌，掺加入外加剂在经过运输、振捣后仍然具有一定的温
