2、务管理系统成为现代企业所关注的焦点。 小陇山林业公司也在这种大潮流下引进了浪潮软件等企业管理系统，但是系统 的应用却差强人意，尤其是财务管理系统。在推广企业管理系统实施的过程中，虽 然在系统选择和购买等方面有着积极表现，但在具体实施过程中效果甚微，系统利 用频率差强人意。 究其原因，主要是对财务管理系统缺乏认识，财务管理人员的素质不能满足系 统应用的需要，系统与企业财务管理要求不能够相适应。因此，财务管理系统必须 适应企业技术的更新和观念的转变，以真正参与管理工作，发挥其应有的效果。 目前课题设计者已经在小陇山林业公司进行了较为深入的调研，搜集了相关资 料，同时积极了解企业目前信息化开展的程度

3、，通过对企业实施的信息化系统浪潮 软件等的进一步调查和研究，了解企业财务管理系统实施中存在问题，并对其产生 的原因进行具体问题具体分析，找出相应的对策，为企业的发展提出可行性的意见 和建议。 本文采用调查研究法、文献法、比较研究法对该公司的财务管理系统实施中存 在的问题进行分析，针对各个问题提出具体解决对策，力求为企业财务管理系统的 成功实施和有效运作提供现实参考和指导意义。 只有通过引进先进科学的管理理念和模式，对财务管理业务流程进行重组和优 化，建立企业统一、集成、实时共享的财务管理平台，才能实现企业物流、资金流、 信息流、工作流的全面集成和共享，使企业的管理经营水平跃上一个新的高度。 关

16、对其缺乏认识，财务管理人员的素质不能 满足系统应用的需要，系统与企业财务管理要求不能够相适应。因此，财务管理系 统必须适应企业技术的更新和观念的转变，以真正参与管理工作。 1.2 国内外研究情况概述 1.2.1 国外研究情况 20 世纪 80 年代以来，企业管理软件系统开始渐渐进驻企业，由最开始的 “MRPII”，演进到包括和加强了 MRP各种功能的企业信息管理系统。企业信息管 理系统更加面向全球市场、功能更为强大、所管理的企业资源更多，支持混合式生 产方式，管理覆盖面更宽，并涉及了企业供应链管理，从企业全局角度进行经营与 生产计划，是制造企业的综合的集成经营系统。国外的商品化软件都比较注重内部 控制功能。企业财务软件设计得好，有利于互相牵制、互相监督，就有利于加强管 理，堵塞漏洞。许多地方，看似无关紧要，但你对他有了解，就会觉得他富有先进 的管理思想。国外软件更适应现代审计的要求，具有保留和提供审计线索的功能， 而且集成化较高。 1.2.2 国内研究情况 我国企业管理系统实施失败案例频频出现，使得正在实施或准备实施系统
