1、 消防、救生设备登记检查养护记录簿Fire-Fighting and Lifesaving EquipmentInspection and Maintenance Record船舶Ships Name 自 年 月至 年 月From y m To y m记 录 说 明1、 为了满足国际海事组织、主管机关和各船级社的规定和要求，确保消防、救生设备的完整，进一步完善养护记录，制订了本记录簿。2、 此记录簿由三副记录和填写，填写时必须仔细、认真、载入正确、字迹清楚、整洁。并按SOLAS要求，将“救生设备月度检查报告”简要载入航海日志中。3、 消防、救生设备的配备数量、检查周期等都根据国际海事组织（IM
2、O）通过的国际海上人命安全公约（1974年SOLAS）和历届修正案规定和要求。4、 本记录簿中部分设备不属三副主管，请相关主管人员协助完成，由三副记录，共同签字。5、 三副必须按规定的周期进行消防、救生设备的检查和养护，如发现缺陷应及时记录，尽量自行整改，或告大副、船长，由船上整改。必要时报局有关部门帮助整改。6、 三副必须按规定三个月将此记录簿送交大副、半年送交船长签阅，大副、船长在查阅后，发现问题应及时给三副以指导。7、 主管部门来船检查时三副应将此记录簿交主管人员审阅。8、 记录簿用完后必须在船保留3年以上。目 录Index1.消防设备清单The Inventory of Fire-Fi
