2、;(2)2018年度二级建造师执业资格考试资格审查汇总表一式3份;(3)学历原件及复印件;(4)身份证原件及复印件;(5)职称证书原件及复印件(仅限申请免部分科目考试者);(6)一、二级建造师临时执业证书或一、二级项目经理资质证书原件和复印件(仅限申请免部分科目考试者);(7)参加相关工作经历证明。上述资料经现场核对后原件退回,复印件留存。考生和所在单位要对各种证件的真实性负责,各种证件复印件上应加盖单位公章并注明与原件一致。考后资格审查程序:各省辖市达到合格分数线的报考人员(包括免试、增项考生),将资格审查资料交所在单位或主管单位,由所在单位或主管单位审查同意并打印填写2018年度二级建造师
3、执业资格考试资格审查汇总表(见附件),盖章后带资格审查资料统一到省辖市建设行政主管部门初审,然后到省辖市人力资源社会保障(职改)部门资格审查。最后,统一将全部审查合格人员的电子档报省人力资源社会保障厅。省直单位达到合格分数线的报考人员,将资格审查资料交所在单位或主管单位,由所在单位及行业主管部门按照规定条件和申报人提供的材料进行核实并打印填写2018年度二级建造师执业资格考试资格审查汇总表,由省住房和城乡建设厅建筑管理处与省人力资源社会保障厅职称处联合审核。其它中央驻豫单位到所在省辖市统一审核。省直管县(市)考试合格的报考人员,由原所在省辖市组织考后资格审查。无工作单位人员及实行人事代理单位(
