And then the cell shall be stored for 3 hours at 25 followed by a discharge at 1C to 2.75V at this temperature. -Next the cell shall be charged following the standard charge method. And then the cell shall be stored for 3 hours at 60 followed by a discharge at 1C to 2.75V a

8、t this temperature. -Then cell shall allowed to cool to room temperature for one hour, followed by standard charging. And then the cell shall be stored for 3 hours at 0 followed by a discharge at 1C to 2.75V at this temperature. -Then the cell shall be allowed to warm to room temperature for one hou

9、r, followed by standard charging. And then the cell shall be stored for 3 hours at -10 followed by a discharge at 1C to 2.75V at this temperature. -The discharge capacities of different temperature shall be recorded. The capacity of the cell at each temperature shall be compared to the capacity achi

11、4.4 Storage Performance -Test inspection: - After standard fully charge, according to standard charge method, the cell is discharged according to standard discharge method. - Perform 10 cycles to check capacity. Finishing fully charged. Record capacity of 10th cycle. The 10th cycle discharge capacit

12、y is called the original discharge capacity. Then the cell is fully charged according to standard charge method and stored at 25 for 1month. - After storage, the cell is discharged according to the requirement of standard discharge method. This discharge capacity is named by the Residual capacity. A

13、nd than charge and discharge the cell by 0.5C. The discharge capacity is named by the Recovery capacity. - Pass Criteria:,Storage performance,5.5.1 Vibration test -Test inspection: Ambient Temp:22.52.5 After standard fully charge, cell shall be attached to a vibration table directly and subjected to

14、 vibration that consists of 10 Hz to 55 Hz to 10 Hz at the speed of 1Hz/min in 90100mins.The total excursion of the vibration is 0.8mm(0.060 inches). The cell shall be vibrated in each direction along axis of the cylinder and the vertical directions of axis of the cylinder. The final impedance shall

15、 be recorded. -Pass Criteria: -There shall be no electrolyte leakage.,5.6.1 Insulated Overcharge Test -Test inspection: Ambient Temp:22.52.5 The cell is discharged following the standard discharge method. Wrapped the cell with glass wood. Apply a 12V power supply and a 1C charge current for 1.5hrs.

16、-Pass Criteria: -No leakage、No flame、No fire、No explode.,5.6.2 Over discharge Test -Test inspection: Ambient Temp:22.52.5 Cell shall first be charged according to standard charge method,and then cell is to be discharged by 0.2C current for 12 hours; The test is completed when the cell is to be discharged up to 250% of rate capacity or the other protective devices prevent the discharge. -Pass Criteria: -No flame、No fire、No explode.,5.6.3 Hot oven te
