3、第四条 甲乙双方权利与义务 1. 甲方进口商品需符合中国国家规定2. 甲方应要求国外发货人想乙方提供装船前检验证书，以便乙方及时办理商检、报关手续。3. 乙方应依国际法律、法规和其他外贸管理制度及国际惯例，办理履行受托进口商品的签约、开证、付汇、核销等手续。4. 甲方应在货物抵港后15日内会同商检部门共同验货。如发现到货品质、数量与原合同不符，应及时通知乙方并在合同规定的索赔期满前10天将商检书一式三份及其它有关证明材料送交乙方，由乙方对外提赔，因延误索赔期造成对外提赔损失的，由责任方承担由此造成的一切损失。如不符国家环保要求，甲方应协助乙方积极办理退运手续。 第五条 未尽事宜 本协议如有未尽
