1、浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstracti分布协同式 PDM 系统的功能分析及应用摘要近年来，我国为了全面提高制造业综合竞争能力，在产品设计领域，先后使用 CAX（CAD、CAE、CAPP、CAM 等）单项技术，在一定程度上提高了企业的竞争能力。但是，与此同时出现的是产品设计的过程中 设计数据和技术文档呈现出“信息爆炸”性增长的势头 和企业内部各部门使用不同的 应用系统，形成了“信息孤岛”；这些问题 的出现严 重地影响了 CAX 技术在企业的应用。产品数据管理（Product Data Management-PDM）正是在这一背景下产生的一种新的信息管理的思想和技术。它以软件技术为 基础，以 产
2、品为核心， 实现对产品相关的数据、过程和资源的集成化管理技术。本文将先介绍 PDM 系统 的发展历程与应用现状，再分析现有 PDM 系统的功能，然后 以某个具体项目的 实施和开发作为研究案例，进一步分析 PDM 系统的成熟解决方案 Teamcenter 在太矿集团的应用。太原矿山机器有限公司是一家从事设计制造大型矿山、冶金、液压、 润滑、洗选等设备的企业，已处于行 业领先地位，但是在企业信息化过程中仍存在不少问题。论 文的重点是：在项 目中对该企业的需求进行分析，如何结合企业现状及特点，制定出相应的解决方案；在项目中具体是怎么分别实施了过程文档管理、权限管理、零部件管理和流程管理模块。关键词：

Then I introduced the PDM system mature solutions Teamcenter in application of the Mining Group as an example of implementation and development.Taiyuan mi
