1、摘摘要要我国是农业大国，农村人口向城市转移是当前我国工业化、城市化发展过程不可回避的现象，在经济社会发展过程中有其历史必然性。伴随这一现象，我国传统的城乡格局发生根本改变，农村地区人口大量走向城市，不仅成为农民创收的重要渠道，同时为城市创造了充满活力的劳动力市场，近些年，农民工更是成为城市建设所不可或缺的因素。然而，不可否认农村人口大量流出尤其是贫困地区的劳动力大量外迁给流出地的家庭及整个农村带来的负面影响日渐突出，一定程度上制约农村经济社会发展，影响农村现代化进程推进。本文研究从宏观角度着眼，从微观角度着手，在查阅文献资料的基础上，深入到丰宁农村调研，通过问卷调查、深入访谈及个案分析等多种手
2、段以全方位的视角剖析丰宁地区人口流动的特征，并在此基础上分析总结农村人口流动给农村社会带来的积极效应和负面影响。最后结合地区实际提出了解决农村发展困境的对策和建议。农业、农村、农民即“三农”问题已连续多年成为中央一号文件关注和解决的重点，在人口流动大背景下合理解决农村发展所面临的诸多难题是实现农村现代化和建立新型城镇化的必经阶段，本文以实际调查为依据认为辩证的看待农村人口流动现象是解决发展问题的前提，我们必须正视现实，用更加合理和科学的态度不断改革创新农村发展方式，如：积极改善农村发展环境、合理引导人才回流创业等新方法，这样才能巩固农业的基础地位，最终实现农村经济的增长和农民生活水平的提高。关
