1、大学生职业生涯规划教育本土化研究中文摘要本土化亦即“中国化”，旨在探讨中国如何开展职业生涯规划教育。大学生职业生涯规划教育本土化研究是“以人为本”思想在教育领域的体现，其根本目的是为了帮助学生适应市场化的毕业生资源配置方式，使其“人尽其才，才尽其用”。开展大学生职业生涯规划教育，可以帮助学生树立职业生涯规划意识，促进学生积极探索大学生活、专业学习、能力素质的提高与职业生涯的关系，促进学生成功就业，进而实现其人生理想与自我价值。同时，它又与我国大学生就业制度改革相适应，其成败关系到我国高等教育改革目标的实现和高等教育的健康发展。本研究主要采用文献研究法、访谈法、观察法等，研究内容涉及理论、咨询技
2、术、课程编制与管理等环节。在占有充分资料的基础上，借鉴国外高校开展职业生涯规划教育的经验，参照年教育部办公厅印发的大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教学要求，对国内外大学生职业生涯规划教育的社会环境、基本理论与实践经验进行深入细致的分析。为了获得直观感性认识，笔者曾多次前往国内几所高校见习、实习，并具备一定开设本门课程的教学经验。从政府和高校两个主要的行为主体的角度出发，笔者提出切实可行的构建大学生职业生涯规划教育的实施模式的建议。强调政府应着力健全就业法律法规，完善就业保障体系，投资毕业生就业信息服务和调研，规范大学生职业生涯规划教育课程管理；高校应着力加强理论研究，建立全程化的课程体系，提升职业
3、信息服务的效率，搭建校院系两级实践平台，整合多元化教育资源，开展科学的职业咨询和测评服务，利用工作坊、团体咨询和学生社团发挥同伴互助作用，将价值观教育、创业精神的培养和心理健康教育贯穿始终，在学分制框架下扩大课程选择范围，教育者要重视隐性课程，将职业生涯规划教育渗透到学科教育之中。总之，本研究在政府如何提供有力支持、高校如何实施系统化的职业生涯规划教育，以及教师怎样上好职业生涯规划课程等方面提出合理建议。关键词：大学生，职业生涯规划教育，本土化，课程研究IIThe localization of college studentscareer planningeducation in China

The college studentscareer planning education can help studentsdeveloping their concept of career planning, as well as to help students exploring the relationshipbetween campus life, professional st

10、.The result revreals that, the law system in the employment market should be improved,social security institution of employment should be promoted, and curriculum managementshould be restrained.The government should finance the information service and investigation ofcollege studentemployment. 11、ges should make their effort to strengthen the theoryresearch,to set up a whole curriculum system, to promote the efficiency of information service,build a practical training platform in both college and school levels，to integrate resources intocareer planning education, to deliver valid career asse

14、ty implement systemic career planning education and the teacher conduct a perfectclass .Key words: college students, career planning education,curriculum researchIVlocalization,大学生职业生涯规划教育本土化研究第一章引言一、问题的提出（一）基于适应我国大学生就业制度改革的要求从建国到年代末期，与计划经济体制相适应，我国实行“高等学校毕业生政府分配工作”的大学生就业制度。随着我国经济体制改革的深入，大学生就业制度在也不断的改革。年，国务院发出关于进一步强化普通高等学校毕业生就业制度改革有关问题意见的通知，正式确立了“市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生与用人单位双向选择”的高校毕业生就业制度。但是长期以来实行的“统包统分”的就业制度使大学生形成了“等、靠、要”的心理，缺乏就业的自我负责意识。很多学生考上大学都想松口气，没有很好的规划自己大学期间的学业和未来的职业生涯，等到毕业了才后悔自己四年里什么都没学到，为时已晚。近年来，大学生职业生涯规划作为促进大学生就业和成才的有效手段，引起党和政府高度重视以及社会各方面的关注。国务院办公厅国办发号、号文件和教育部教学
