1、(7.72%0.53%)的饲料,分别是 0%,30%,50%,70%和 90%鱼粉蛋白水平替代组(下文分别用 D0、D30、D50、D70和 D90来表示)。实验结果表明,各处理组的成活率和特定生长率都没有显著性差异(P0.05),增重最多的是 D70处理组,特定生长率是 6.540.02%/d;饲料系数,蛋白质效率各组别之间均无显著差异(P0.05),其中 D90处理组有最低的饲料系数和最高的蛋白质效率,分别是 1.010.01和 2.670.01;对虾的体成分组成并没有随着替代水平的上升而显著变化(P0.05);随着复合动物蛋白源替代水平的升高,对虾的超氧化物歧化酶SOD和过氧化氢酶 CA

2、T活性呈现先增强后减弱的趋势,在 D50处理组都达到最高水平;溶菌酶活性则是随着替代水平的升高呈现先减弱后增强的趋势,与 SOD和 CAT的变化趋势相反。研究表明:复合动物蛋白源可以替代饲料中 90%的鱼粉蛋白而不影响凡纳滨对虾的生长性能和饲料利用情况,并且可以提升凡纳滨对虾超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活力。3.以初重为(0.300.01)g的凡纳滨对虾为实验对象,在室内流水养殖系统(养殖桶规格:250L)中进行为期 8周的摄食生长实验,研究在饲料中添加黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)虫粉对凡纳滨对虾生长性能、体成分组成和非特异性免疫能力的影响。制作四组等蛋白质(37.81%0.14%

3、)、等脂肪(8.81%0.23%)的饲料,分别是对照组、1.5%、3.0%和 4.5%添加组。实验结果表明:3.0%添加组和4.5%添加组的成活率显著性低于对照组( P0.05);特定生长率最大的是对照组,为 6.480.02%/d,4.5%添加组显著低于对照组(P0.05);4.5%替代组的饲料系数和蛋白质效率显著低于对照组(P0.05);不同处理组凡纳滨对虾的血清的超氧化物歧化酶 SOD活性没有显著差异(P0.05);过氧化氢酶活性 4.5%添加组显著高于其余各组(P0.05).
