11、pretation of Trade Terms,INCOTERMS are international rules that are accepted by governments, legal authorities and practitioners worldwide for the interpretation of the most commonly used terms in international trade. 1.The first INCOTERMs uniform rules were published in 1936, by the International C

12、hamber of Commerce(ICC). Since then, ICC has amended and modernized these rules in 1953, 1967, 1976, 1980, 1990, 2000 and 2010. 2. INCOTERMS describe the responsibilities of seller and buyer in international trade. Under INCOTERMS 2000, all the terms are grouped into four categories. While under Inc
