1、管理会计在我国民营企业应用与发展-以漫步者股份公司为例学生姓名：徐祥辉 学号：2012551107 指导老师：张杰摘要：企业是以盈利为目的的，运用自身所掌握的生产资料，进行生产运作的社会经济组织。在其生产过程中，除开生产成本之外，还会产生一部分的价外费用，对企业利润的实现，具有很大的影响作用。在经济全球化、复杂多变、竞争激烈的环境下，降低产品生产成本，提高产品毛利率，是企业谋求经济效益所必须努力的方向；在降低产品成本的同时，还要着力于打开产品的销售市场，提高产品售价与销量，但是市场形势变化比较复杂。在提升销量和售价的过程当中，由于市场经济的不稳定因素，提高产品售价与销量，显得不容易被人为控制。
2、因此，控制产品生产成本，在企业日常经营活动中尤为重要。伴随着经济全球化以及竞争激烈的环境，企业的发展与当前财务会计工作产生了冲突，财务会计的滞后性越发严重。而在现在的发展阶段，我国的民营企业的发展规模较小，内部的管理也并不算完善，因此我国民营企业的发展受到了一定的拘束。为了能在竞争激烈的市场中获得生存的地位，民营企业就必须要完善自己的管理系统，进行更加有效的财务会计管理。管理会计直接对企业的管理负责，相对于财务会计，管理会计更加注重企业经营现状、对企业经营的前景规划、更多的是让财务会计参与到管理工作中来。然而，管理会计在企业中的现状不容乐观。因此本论文选取了管理会计作为研究对象，通过对漫步者公
