12、握SQL数据库的运用；该系统中，应用SQL Server 2005数据库管理系统、SQL语言原理、JSP应用程序设计，JSP数据库技术,采用成熟的B/S（浏览器/服务器端）结构，根据分析和讨论，实现酒店订餐管理，提供与用户交互的界面，完成酒店餐饮管理系统的设计和开发。开发出来的餐饮管理系统能展示出它所具备的功能并且能应用到现实中。面对餐饮业多元化的经营现状，经营的特色、规模、出品这些因素的不同，带给餐饮企业的则是不同的标准和工作流程和方法，面对着这解决方法不一的情况，对人才的专业化程度的要求也相应地提高了，然而在国内市场上，餐饮业人才供应不足，在这样的两难情况下，信息系统得出现暂缓了这一紧张局
13、面。餐饮管理信息系统不是单纯的用于结帐计算的工具，它有着科学的、标准的管理体系，它是通过对目前餐饮市场的具体情况科学的调研分析后设计而成的，它能够针对中餐因其菜品的多样化和特色化的服务很难实现标准化管理，使中餐企业的成本控制很难实现这些问题得到有效的解决。它能够给出具体的相应的符合企业自身要求的较科学的标准化管理流程，这暂时缓解了专业人才的需求，通过使用该系统就能完成专业人员所要做的事。也可以针对企业的经营现状而做出科学的分析，使得企业对市场的应变能力得到了提高，从而通过餐饮管理信息系统来实现强化管理、降低成本、堵漏节流等作用。更好的完善企业的经营管理，提高企业自身的竞争实力。2、已了解的本课
14、题国内外研究现状：随着信息化技术的日益普及，餐饮这样的传统行业也越来越多的采用信息技术来管理业务，市场上餐饮管理软件正处于百花齐放、百家争鸣的阶段。在国内，餐饮软件的发展也正处于蓬勃发展的时期，如北京天良软件，它是一家以软件开发、销售为主营方向的技术开发型企业。天良软件立足于餐饮及酒店客房管理市场，致力于为客户提供一流的产品及服务，企业下设市场拓展部、产品研发部、公关策划部、客户服务部等主要职能部门。在国外，发展比较成熟的软件有龙腾触摸屏点菜系统，“龙腾餐饮管理系统”软件采用了独特的组网技术，以Window为操作平台，全32位应用软件系统，功能在国内处于领先地位。网络系统是以Windows搭成
15、的对等网络，简单实用、稳定可靠，保证企业非常迅速地把信息传递到各个点。这个系统适用于快餐企业、西餐、火锅有勾划式菜单的餐饮企业，中高档中餐可以配合其他点菜设备一起使用这个系统。3、本课题的研究内容：本餐饮管理系统的主要内容是对客户资料、客户定餐、客户点菜、餐桌、财务、会员资料统一管理。本系统是用B/S架构开发的，功能模块可以划分为四大块前台和后台、财务管理及客户管理：一、前台功能模块1、定餐管理2、点菜管理3、台位查询二、后台功能模块1、菜品信息管理2、人员信息管理3 、餐桌管理三、财务管理1、营业额统计查询2、菜品销售情况查询3、消费情况查询四、会员管理创新之处：本课题是基于java平台，运用java框架Struts的。在本系统有以下几点特点：1、不同用户类型的客户有相应的权限使用该系统，从而大大提高了系统的安全性和管理效率。 2、能保证整个系统构架的稳定性和安全性。3、统计会员在一定时间范围内的消费情况，并根据其消费情况设置会员卡级别，制客户积分规则，设定不同积分段对应的等级以及各等级对应的优惠政策。4、增加菜品折扣信息，支持
