11、people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return第1章 工程概况1.1 设计资料（1） 工程名称：PG县养老院老年人公寓（2） 地理位置：南宁市PG县（3） 建筑概况：楼层数3层，建筑总高度13.200m，室内外高差0.300m。（4） 温度：年平均气温22，最冷月平均气温13，最热月平均气温28。（5） 主导风向：夏季主导风向为东南风，冬季主导风向为西北风。（6） 水文条件：地下水无侵蚀性，在地表以下6m。（7） 地基承载力特征值220kpa.（8） 抗震设防类别为丙类
12、，抗震设防烈度为7度设防，抗震构造措施提高一度。（9） 材料使用： 混凝土：柱采用C30级，梁板采用C25级。 钢筋：梁柱受力筋为HRB400，箍筋HPB335 墙体：煤渣砖 门窗：铝合金门窗1.2 目标及要求目标：毕业设计的全过程中，学生在教师指导下，通过毕业设计的实践，运用所学理论知识解决工程实践问题，提高分析问题和解决问题的能力，经受实际工程设计的锻炼，通过实践工程的结构设计，初步掌握其设计原则、方法和步骤，并获得设计技能的基本训练。学生必须严格要求自己，充分发挥自己的积极性和主动性，在规定的时间内完成毕业设计各部分所规定的任务。 要求：对结构体系和结构形式进行定性的分析比较，手工完成各
13、层结构布置、梁板柱等结构截面初选，楼板荷载计算及一块楼板配筋设计，手算完成第J1/D轴一榀框架板梁柱荷载(手算，结构内力及采用PKPM）及绘图(纵剖面法），PKPM整体建模（含全部楼层、梁柱配筋按平法），完成基础平面图及所计算框架柱下内力及配筋计算（手算），并绘制5b-5轴基础大样图，完成施工组织设计，结构与施工设计说明书编写。第2章 结构布置2.1 结构选型 多层及高层建筑常用的结构体系有：混合结构，框架结构，剪力墙结构，筒体结构，框架-剪力墙结构、巨型结构。根据工程设计的原始资料和设计任务要求，综合各种施工技术、经济条件，建筑工艺要求，确定建筑结构体系，对其进行总体结构布置，尽量满足安全、
14、经济。适用的要求。各自的特点如下所列：1、 混合结构 混合结构的特点为：主要承重用砖或砌块砌筑；造价低廉，施工简单，保温隔热效果好；但砌体强度较低，利用砖墙承重时，房屋的层数受到限制。一般六层及六层以下的楼房，如住宅，办公室，医院等民用建筑及中小型工业建筑都适用混合结构。2、 框架结构体系 框架是由梁、柱构件通过节点连接组成的杆件体系，节点全部或大部分为刚性连接，由梁、柱承受竖向荷载和水平荷载，墙仅起分隔维护作用。框架结构是最常见的竖向承重结构，其具有以下优点：整体性和抗震性较混合结构和内框架承重结构要好，而且平面布置灵活，可提供较大的使用空间，也可构成丰富多变的立面造型；框架结构可分为板、梁
15、、柱体系和板、柱体系两种形式。现浇板、梁、柱体系的结构整体刚度大，构件断面可以比较小；对空间净高的影响也小，因而可以形成较大的使用空间。施工较为方便，较为经济。特别适合于在办公室、教学楼、公共性与商业性建筑、图书馆、轻工业厂房、公寓以及住宅类建筑中采用。3、 剪力墙结构体系 剪力墙结构体系主要有墙体承受全部水平作用和竖向荷载，在承受水平荷载作用时，剪力墙相当于一根下部嵌固的悬臂深梁，因此其结构刚度较框架结构大，空间整体性较好，具有良好的抗震性能。适用于开间较小、墙体较多、房间面积不大的建筑，如住宅和旅馆。4、 框架-剪力墙结构体系框架-剪力墙结构体系是把框架和剪力墙两种结构共同组合在一起形成的
16、结构体系，这种结构既具有框架结构布置灵活、使用方便的特点，又有较大的刚度和较强的抗震能力，广泛应用于高层办公室建筑和旅馆建筑中。本工程为六层仓库，有裙房和主体，开间较大，建筑造型有特色，不规则。参考以上各种结构体系的分析，本工程适宜使用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构体系。（1） 结构体系选型：采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构体系。（2） 屋面结构：采用现浇混凝土（3） 楼面结构：2.2 结构平面布置结构平面布置应满足以下原则：（1） 满足使用要求，并尽可能地与建筑的平、立、剖面划分相一致；（2） 满足人防、消防要求，使水、暖、电各专业的布置能有效地进行；（3） 结构应尽可能简单，规则，均匀，对称，构件类型少；（4） 妥善地处理温度、地基不均匀沉降以及地震因素对建筑的影响；
