2、文化圈内丰富多彩的花絮。中国心理卫生事业的发展，作为东西方文化碰撞中的一部分，将面临这种不可抗拒的大背景。 During the new process of impacting and crossing between the oriental and west culture, the two kinds of cultures can benefit each other to make themselves more perfect.,中世纪以后，东方文化中的印度 文化、埃及文化以及巴比伦文化 都相继暗淡，中国文化在东方文 化方面已经居于主导地位，所谓 东西方文化中的思维与心理差异，
3、这里仍然以中国人思维与心理特 征为代表进行论述。 After middle age, with disappearing of the Indian culture、Egyptian culture and Babylon culture, Chinese culture is in the dominant position, which means that variance is between Chinese and western culture,中世纪以后的东西方文化中的思维与心理差异 Middle age afterwards: the variance of thinking
4、and psychology between western and oriental culture,东方人 Chinese 中 医 TCM,西方人Westerner 西医Western medicine,强调整体性和综合性 强调整体 focus on holism and complexity focus on holism,重视个体性 从解剖学的角度来说 重视整体中的局部 focus on individualism from the aspect of anatomy focus on part of the holism,（一）整体性思维和个体性思维的差异 Variance of h
5、olistic and individual thinking,西方文化：追求标新立异,中国人：压抑个性以创造和谐社会,中国文化：强调“和为贵”，“天人合一”等,西方人：张扬个性，显示自我，追求人人平等,这一重要区别与差异，对我们认识人的心理结构与心理特点十分有用 The characteristic is useful for psychological analysis,（二）求同思维和求异思维的问题 Seeking common points and reserving difference,Chinese culture: focus on human-nature correspon
6、dence Chinese people: hide individuality to create harmony society,Western culture: pursuit for unorthodox Ideas Western people: proud for individuality to show egalitarian,中国人：内敛、含蓄、婉转多见，缺乏某种激情,喜欢暗示地表达 Chinese: behaving with reserve ;vacuity of emotions ;suggestion,西方人：外露、开放、直接 喜欢明示地表达 Westerner: b
7、ehaving directly; full of emotions;indication,（三）情感表达方式的差异 Different way of expressing emotion,中国传统的性文化： 呈现出多元性，有“禁欲说”、“纵欲说”、 “节欲说”、“采阴补阳说”、“性恶说”等 总体上与中国人的情感表达方式相适应 西方人的性文化： 倾向于外露、开放、直接，开放的性文化 与西方人的情感表达方式相一致 Traditional Chinese culture: “forbid sexual” 、 “excessive indulgence ” 、 “sexual desire is v

11、on,The two respect and complete each other,四、中国心理卫生事业发展的思考 Reflection on development of Psychology in China,心理卫生事业的发展，一定要考虑文化背景 The culture background should be combined with development of psychology,（一）现代中国心理卫生工作的文化特点,中国本土文化：有深厚的根源和广泛的基础,西方文化：大量涌入,共存,1.共存多元性,Chinese culture,Western culture,(2)To s
12、eparate associativity,在一定时间内,处在分离状态 又会在一定范围内相互融合 To be separated during a certain time To be integrated within limits,2.分离结合性,中国文化,西方文化,既保留传统文化的特色 在碰撞中又是一个创新的过程 Not only preserve traditional features but also make creations during the collision,(3)To inherit creativity,3.继承创新性,所谓中医心理学，实质上就是本土临床心理学，或
13、者叫临床心理学的本土化： 让我们共同来关注一下中医心理学目前所从事的工作： 1、20年中医心理各科 2、十年中医心理学汪改,继承性研究 人才的本土化,创新性研究 人才的现代化,“复合型人才”,继承型人才,创新型人才,结合型人才,（二）今后中国心理卫生工作的人才特点,1.符合传统文化特点的心理治疗理论、技术的临床与实验研究，可能形成诸如“中医心理学”、“针灸心理学”、“气功心理学”及其与传统文化特点相适应的其它各种新型学科。中国已建立世界中医药学会联合会中医心理学专业委员会,（三）未来中国心理卫生工作的临床学科特点,2.符合现代西方文化特点的 心理学理论基础、研究方法、 技术特点、操作方法与临床
14、评价进行 的创新性研究，以促进现代心理学的 发展。 To accordance with characteristic of western culture, basic theory, re search method, techniqu- es and operation of psyc- hology promote the deve- lopment of modern psyc- hology.,3.前述三类心理卫生工作人才的共同研究成果，可以形成一些两种文化相嵌型的理论基础、研究方法、技术特点、操作方法与临床评价方法等，以适应目前中国这种复杂的文化背景与临床心理学发展趋势。,中国中
15、医科学院广安门医院心理科正在进行的气功催眠治疗技术、明暗示结合疗法等方面的研究，即符合传统心理学的文化特点，又与现代文化特点相融合，从而形成一些新的理论、方法与技术。抑郁症中医系统心理治疗方法正在总结当中。,由于中国几千年传统文化的影响，认知疗法在中国的推广与使用目前还不是很理想，而代之以中医、针灸、气功、点穴、太极拳等,2006年6月召开了第一次国际中医心理学学术大会，参会者达400多人。TCMPC held the 1st international TCM psychology academic congress in June 2006.There were more than 400
