2、s to m students， filled ith enthusiasm and passion， some of the students alas looked so tired and sleep。 When I spent muh of m time preparing for m lessons， tring m best to make m lessons vivid and interesting， the teahing effet and feedbak as not that I had expeted。 Moreover， hen I as illing and ea
3、ger to teah them all that Ive learned， their abilities of English ere still mediore。 I as looking for the reasons。 And I as alas asking mself: Am I good and suessful? Ho an I be good and suessful?There ere of ourse man pliated reasons and fators。 And in m opinion， hether I am good or not， inludes ma
4、n fators suh as m knoledge， m personalit， m qualit， m methods， teahing art and so on。 Absolutel， to be a good and suessful English teaher is not an eas job。 I need to have an exellent mand of English mself to make m students appreiate me and enjo m lass。 I need to have the abilities to provide a for
5、table and relaxing atmosphere and environment for the students stud。 I have to adopt effiient and various teahing methods to m students level。 I need to develop m teahing art and skills。 I should make full of eah students abilit and alas enourage them to give them onfidene。 Therefore， “Live and lear
6、n” and “never too old to learn” have been the mottos Ive adopted。 I must improve m on abilities and skills of teahing， to keep up ith the rapid development of our information age and soiet。Is that enough for me to be good and suessful no? No， thats far from enough。 In spite of all the above aspets o
7、f good teahing is the primar and the most important requirement: love teahing and love m students。 Ive learned to be the students teaher， their elder sister， their friend， their mother and so on。 I sho m are and love for them。 Whenever the are in trouble， being sik， feeling blue or in a bad mood， I
8、am the person that ill tr to take are of them， talk ith them or tr to help them balane themselves in good ondition。 I respet and trust them。 When the fall in love ith sb。， quarrel ith friends， annot get along ell ith parents， et。 Ill analze the pros and ons， the advantages and disadvantages， and giv
