5、跟名词。例如:run out是不及物动词短语,后面不能带宾语,其主语通常为时间、食物、金钱等名词。例如:They have run out of water.他们把水用光了。Time is running out.时间剩余下不多了。4.room 这里是不可数名词,意思是“空间”“地方”,相当于space。Make room for sb.给某人腾出地方Please make room for the old man.请给这位老人腾出地方。room用作可数名词,意思是“房间,室”。Eg: The building has 20 rooms.这座建筑有20个房间。5.anyone 是一个符合不定代

6、词,意为“任何人”,做主语时,谓语动词用第三人称单数形式。例如:Is there anyone here who can speak English?这里有人会说英语吗?别人:anyone else=anybody else 没有别的事情:nothing else 别的什么事情:what else 别的任何事情:请总结else的用法6.by the way“顺便问一下”,作为插入语,常用于引出题外的话。例如:By the way,who on earth told you?顺便问一下,到底是谁告诉你的。含way的相关短语:on the way在路上,在途中on ones way to 在某人去
