12、：因本工程工程砼量大，我项目部为能有充足的砼供应将采用上海双秋混凝土有限公司预拌商品砼。预拌砼质量按国标GB14902-94预拌混凝土，确保了砼的质量达到设计要求及有关规范的规定。砼的浇筑供应标号按图纸设计标号进行供应。三、砼的浇筑前的准备：1.为了加快工程施工进度，使得砼工序尽快地插入，计划将竖向构件的柱、墙的砼浇筑采用泵车布料，水平构件的梁板砼采用泵送，在尽量利用工作面，提前完成浇筑工作。2.每次砼浇筑前按砼的购销合同于24小时前，填写生产联系单送达砼供应公司，使砼的供应准时到达工地，确保砼浇注时间的准确，保证工程进度。3.砼浇筑部位的前道工序已全部施工完毕，并办理好了隐蔽工程验收手续。模
13、板已清理干净，并淋水湿润。4.每次砼浇筑前及时填报砼浇注申请令报现场监理，在得到砼浇筑令后开始浇注砼。5.机具准备：（1）振动器采用插入式和平板式两种，其中墙、柱、梁采用插入式振动器，板采用平板式振动器。（2）斗车采用0.09m3规格的准备10辆。（3）通讯：泵站与浇筑现场之间的通讯采用电话联系，以保证砼浇筑工作顺利进行。6人员准备1、泵送混凝土施工中，配备混凝土输送泵司机2人，搅拌机司机若干人（视浇筑方量决定），指挥信号联络1人，混凝土入泵车前检测坍落度1人，混凝土布料杆操作人2人，机修电工1人，混凝土振捣工10人，整个生产线需25至30人。各工种需持证上岗并保证打混凝土期间维修人员随叫随到
14、，配备一定的维修配件，全力保证工程需要。7.作业条件：（1）泵车空载运行一段时间，观察工作状态是否正常，正常否才能泵送砼。（2）润滑管道的水泥砂浆以准备好。（3）隐蔽工程验收手续，浇筑令已经办理好。四、操作工艺：（一） 柱墙砼浇筑：1.柱墙砼浇筑采取泵车布料及人工布料方式进行，按中、边、角的顺序依次施工，有利于整体结构的稳定，并可防止砼的浇注过程中的侧压力而引起梁柱的倾斜和偏移。2.柱墙砼分层浇筑振捣，每层浇筑厚度控制在500左右，砼的下料点应分散布置，循环推进，连续进行，用振动棒振实，浇筑过程中派有经验泥水工观察是否有漏振捣，随时敲打模板，有异常现象及时与上部振捣人员联系，并报告施工值班人员及时采取措施进行处理。3.柱截面小于300300mm时应先把振动棒插到底且振动，再向柱内下料，然后边振边拔振动器连续浇筑完毕。4.浇筑墙体洞口时，要使洞口两侧砼高度大体一致，振捣时振动棒应距洞边300以上，并从两侧同时振捣，以防止洞口移位变形。大洞口下部模板应开口并补充振捣，然后再封口。5.柱子的施工缝按规范留置在主梁底平。6.墙体的施工缝按规范留置在主梁底或门过梁跨度1/3范围内。7 .砼浇筑完毕应清理干净施工现场，做到工完料清。（二）梁
