12、：一、 施工现场布置平面图二、 施工总进度网络图第一章工程综合说明一、工程概况项目名称：三和翠雍天地2#、3#楼工程地点：西宁市经济技术开发区民和路2号建设单位：青海三和房地产开发有限责任公司设计单位：深圳华博建筑设计有限责任公司勘察单位：青海建安岩土工程勘察技术有限公司监理单位：西宁青大工程建设监理有限公司施工单位：浙江金日建设有限公司（一）、工程阐述 三和翠雍天地2#、3#楼由青海三和房地产开发有限责任公司开发建设，为高层住区，工程地点位于西宁市经济技术开发区民和路2号。是集商业、住宅及地下停车为一体的多功能的智能型建筑。建筑为一类高层住宅楼耐火等级：地下层为一级、地上层为一级。地下一层为
13、车库、地上二层至二十二层为高层住宅，一二层局部为商业网点，部分为人防。工程结构形式为：剪力墙结构。建筑面积约37404.86平方米，建筑高度为66.40米。1、墙体工程：本工程除采用钢筋混凝土墙，其余采用蒸压加气混凝土砌块。2、屋面、卫生间厨房防水：防水等级为II级。3、地下室防水：该工程地下室防水等级为二级，地下室防水以结构自防水为主，外包防水为辅，临边面结构混凝土抗渗等级为S6.4、外墙装饰工程主要采用涂料墙面和面砖墙面。5、楼地面工程主要采用水泥砂浆（细石砼）楼地面。（二）业主要求1、工期要求本工程计划工期共583日历天，不包括休息日。施工工期：2012年5月8日至2013年12月31日
