1、摘 要为了能减轻农民的劳动强度,降低生产成本和减少环境污染,提高农产品的质量,安全和效益,并且能增加农民的人均收入,近年来我国正在逐步增加对农业机械的投入与研究。虽然农机行业有了不小的发展,但还未达到农业机械化的要求。圆筒清理筛是经过实地考察和相关数据统计进行设计的,粮食加工过程包括去皮、分级、清理以及一系列的后续工作,其中清理这一块非常重要,圆筒清理筛就是专门负责这一环节的。圆筒清理筛是由六大部分组成:机架、喂料装置、筛筒、清筛机构、输送装置和传动机构。圆筒清理筛的设计主要是对它机架的设计,筛筒以及筛网的设计,还有传动机构部分的设计校核等计算。完成对圆筒清理筛的设计后可以使之工作效率更高,去
